Our stay in this lovely Florence apartment, which overlooks the Arno River and the magical city beyond, was so special. You can capture the essence of Florence from here. Perfect spot to stay in a great area. The views are amazing! The other side of the river is very busy with tourist we noticed the side where the apartment is not that busy. We would deff stay here again.
Rachel was a great host! We arrived at12:30am so it was a late arrival for us. She has someone there waiting. She also helped us set up a ride transfer to the airport at 4am which was also very helpful. Communication was great as was before the trip.

Don’t bother looking at any other property if this one is available. It is beyond compare, the absolute best of any short term rental place I have had (of many). The apartment is huge, comfortable, nicely equipped and perfectly located. If you need pure quiet, then maybe Florence in high season isn’t for you, but the city noise (including music from nearby restaurants) never bothered us. Rachel is very gracious and I cannot imagine not staying here if I get the chance again.

This is a lovely large apartment in the heart of Florence. So easy to walk to all the major sites, yet quiet and away from the crowds. Beautiful view and great restaurant below. Rachel was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. Washing machine and two bathrooms were a bonus!

We were so grateful for our stay at this property. The apartment offers lots of space, unbelievable views and an ideal location. It is near everything, but surprisingly quiet. We felt safe, comfortable and pleased with our stay here.

Our family of 4 enjoyed everything about this lovely apartment which is exactly as described. Location is excellent for walking to all the museums and restaurants. Elevator is perfect for bringing luggage up. Air conditioning was much appreciated. Rachel welcomes you when you arrive. If this place is available, stay here!

Amazing view, beautiful decor, stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. It was enjoyable to just come back to the apartment and relax in its comforts as touring and experiencing the wonders of Florence.

Location, location, location. PERFECT. And the views from the apartment overlooking the Arno, Ponte Vecchio and Ufizzi were picturesque. Convenient to everything. Most points of interests were 20ish minutes walking distance.
The apartment was lovely and perfect for my husband and I. It would also be great for 2 couples or a family of 4. Rachel the property manager was great. Communication with her was timely and helpful! While there are restaurants everywhere, I enjoyed shopping at some of the open markets and preparing some of our dinners in a very nice kitchen.

We loved the location and the view was exceptional. The apartment looked just like the photos and was a lovely place relax after days of sightseeing. Oh, and the elevator was a real bonus.

Beautiful location overlooking the Arno. Ponte Vecchio short stroll away. Directly across the river from Uffizi gallery. All major attractions are within walking distance. Dining options galore including downstairs from property. Elevator makes luggage transfer a snap, as well as relief from the stairs to the third floor! Look forward to booking here again!

The apartment is very spacious and is well equipped with everything we needed including a drip coffee maker and toaster. The owner Rachel was absolutely wonderful helping us find parking with the ZTL zone and providing us with helpful information about the area and history of Florence. Location is excellent as the ad states, easy walking to anywhere within the historic area. The building is very very old but has a small elevator which is great. The apartment and furnishings are antique but the beds and sofas were comfortable and clean. The street out front is a bit noisy in the morning with the garbage trucks but only for a short while. Also the restaurant on the main level of the building is excellent, the best meals we had in Florence over the 6 nights we stayed. Wish we would have tried it sooner and did go 2x once we tried it. There is a nice grocery market one block away so that is super handy as well. I recommend staying at this apartment!

The apartment is wonderful, the owner was very helpful and check in process was very easy. The only reason I did not rate this as a 5 was that it is located on a busy street and there was a lot of street traffic noise until into the evening and trash pick up just outside the bedrooms was at around 6 am.
Other than the traffic noise it is a perfect apartment and location.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The apartment was larger than I expected, comfortable and in a good neighborhood. The view out of the windows was beautiful. The location was great for touring around Florence. It was close enough to walk to all the attractions, and far enough away from the noisy street. I would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5 - 3 adults and 2 children. It had everything we needed to prepare a few meals and plenty of space to have some time to yourself. Walk to the home is very short over Ponte Vecchio and the views of the river and Uffizi are beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Our property manager was very quick to respond to our questions even helping us obtain a taxi on our last day. And the apartment was large and the beds were comfortable. Though we were on the third floor (fourth floor American), It was a very noisy area. There are large community garbage bins across the street and neighbors will toss bottles and trash in there throughout the night and early morning. Big trucks will also come and empty these very large garbage bins very early. The windows are not airtight and every sound gets through. I used ear plugs to sleep. I would imagine that this will be a problem with colder nights coming. I would also have preferred to have been across the river where the majority of the tourist spots are.

The apartment was just what we were looking for. We stayed in Florence for 10 days, using the apartment as our base to explore the sites, restaurants, and shops. It was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, including the train station for day trips. We loved the location and the view from the big windows. It was nice to have a kitchen, which we used for a few lunches and breakfasts plus lots of coffee and wine. The grocery store in the same block is very convenient. And beds were very comfotable.

Beautiful old apartment in the heart of Florence! We walked everywhere from here and enjoyed all of Florence’s old sites. Delicious restaurants close by and the grocery store was half a block out the front door. Very convenient! Easy to get a taxi if you wanted one. I am a runner and this was easy from out the front door. My husband biked and using RideMovi app made even this a breeze! The apartment is stunning and spacious. Washing machine was great! Well stocked kitchen with nonstick pans that were still actually nonstick! Rachel was awesome with communication and help with everything we asked. Checkin and out was no problem. We did pay the €60 to checkin at midnight but this is bc Rachel has to pay someone else to cover this so we understand the charge. Overall I can say I would book this place for every Florence visit. It was so well located and the perfect base for us to explore this region of Italy. Train and tram were one mile walk. Train to Bologna was very easy. Parking outside the city was very cheap and then taking tram to/from the train station made driving to Siena, San Gamignano, and Pisa no problem. Really a great stay here : )

In the times I've been to Florence, thisis by far the best place we've stayed. Great location, wonderful apartment and attentive host. You can't go wrong here. We can't imagine staying anywhere else and we'll be back for sure. Thank you Rachel!!!

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Clean, spacious, well equipped. We felt privileged to stay in such a beautiful place in a great location. Close to some really great cafes, very central and with a fantastic view. Grocery store just down the street. It’s directly across the river from the Uffizi and so when I visited it by myself one morning, my family and I were able to wave to each other across the river, which was memorable. A short walk to the Pitti palace and the Bardini gardens (which has a fantastic cafe overlooking its gardens). Would definitely try and stay again if we were to return to Florence in future. Rachel was very helpful and accommodating at all times.

The apartment is very nice with a beautiful view of the river. The location is perfect. You can walk pretty much to all the main sites. We loved it and would definitely go back there again if we are even in Florence. Highly recommend it!

Our family of 4 toured Italy in June 2022. We stayed at this unit for 4 nights. It was absolutely fantastic. The apartment is as advertised, although pictures don’t do it justice. It is well-appointed, very clean, and everything works. It easily accommodated the four of us (including 2 teenagers). During a severe heat wave, the AC worked well (helpful at night, as we didn’t spend much time there during the day). The check-in with Rachel was efficient and friendly. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked with the basics (coffee!).
The location is perfect for touring the city. What a view of Ponte Vecchio (steps away)! The area is vibrant, with nightly music on the bridge. We walked most places (including the train station with luggage). It is close to Duomo, right across the river from the Uffizi Gallery and the Galileo Museum (and within easy walking distance of many others). There are several very good restaurants close by, as well as a grocery store.
This was our first visit to Florence. This is a fantastic spot from which to explore this wonderful city, and a nice place to return to after busy days. Highly recommended!

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely lovely, even moreso than conveyed by the pictures. High ceilings, beautiful floors, fitting antique furnishings. There's a large foyer space and living room with real sofas (one gets tired of sitting on futons in rental apartments). The bedrooms are generous and the beds comfortable. But most of all, it was a totally charming spot, just slightly off the beaten path of the main touristy area but not far away. Windows overlooked the river and we could see the Ufizzi Gallery right across the river from us, as well as the Ponte Vecchia. We walked to all of the main sites in 10-15 minutes, slightly longer to the Accademia. During our visit, it was very difficult to get a taxi (a strike one day, and limited number of drivers generally made it unreliable). Thank goodness Florence is walkable (but we did a LOT of walking!).
This area across the river is where more residents live, fewer tourists. There are tons of restaurants that are an easy walk. There is a grocery 1 minute walk away, and little sandwich shops. Ponte Vecchio is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment was quiet for sleeping, and Rachel was helpful and readily available for my few questions. Elevator worked well and a/c worked. Lots of hot water, clothes washing machine worked great. My family felt that staying in that apartment was a highlight of our trip to 3 cities in Italy, and would recommend to any of our friends and family to stay there! If I had a reason to come to Italy for a long stay, I would be completely delighted to live in this apartment. It is like being in a very nice home, not just a vacation rental.
