The apartment is in a very convenient location, right in the city center and close to the main attractions. It’s easy to get around and explore the city from here. The host was also very helpful and always responded quickly to our messages.
The apartment itself, however, feels quite dated. The facilities are relatively old, the kitchen is a little cramped, and the overall interior has a very traditional, old-fashioned feel, which may not particularly appeal to younger travelers.
We arrived by car, and it’s important to note that the apartment does not provide parking and is located within a ZTL restricted traffic zone. If you’re driving, make sure to arrange parking in advance and take care of the necessary vehicle access authorization.
The check-in process was also a little complicated. Although it is self check-in and the door is supposed to be unlocked online, there was almost no mobile signal around or inside the apartment. I couldn’t access the online system on my phone, so I had to contact the host and ask them to unlock the door remotely. In practice, we needed one person to wait at the apartment door while another went back out to the main street to get enough mobile signal to communicate with the host.

This unit has the best location in all of Florence - just at the end of the Ponte Vecchio - which makes it close to all the cityś attractions north of the river while being surrounded by all the trendy Oltrarno eating. The Pitti Palace is just behind it and the bedroom windows look into the recently opened Verrasi Corridor. The unit is a 2 floor walk up - the left only services the midfloors for some reason - but there aren't many stairs and theyŕe easily managed. The small square at the front door has several cafes - for aperitivos every afternoon - and thereś a large grocery store just around the corner. The air-conditioning worked perfectly in Florenceś heatwave and the bathrooms, kitchen & washing machine all worked perfectly. We LOVED exploring Florence from such a central location and were only sorry we couldn't stay for longer than our four nights.
The ONLY thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer.

The apartment was beautiful comfortable, spacious and had everything you might need.
Location the best.
If you drive include a parking just around the corner for €50 for overnight example 5pm till 5 pm next day (12h)
Shop under building beautiful.
Nothing.
No parking but expected for where location is.

Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms very clean. The location was great.
The television did not work due to a damaged antenna. Two lampshades in one bedroom were broken.
Heating in the apartment was not explained when we picked the keys up at the office of the managing agent.
On ringing after arriving and noticing these problems, we were advised someone would attend. Alex phoned and came to fix the TV, he returned the next day again to change out the lampshades and the TV corrected it self. Other tenants left over groceries need to be removed as they are open and unsanitary.
