The location was very good, apartment clean, kitchen is well equipped, hosts very easy to communicate with and gave great information regarding where to eat and what to see for a short stay. Located on 3rd floor with an elevator.
Highly recommend Santa Felicita restaurant close by, best meal ever!
The single bed mattresses were smaller than the bed frames so a bit awkward. Not significant for a short stay.
Air conditioning worked well, although leaked into bowls underneath that had to be emptied.

Fantastic location, 3 mins walk to Boboli gardens, 1 min to Ponte Vecchio and easy stroll into Uffizi, Duomo etc. Hosts were super helpful, friendly and responsive and provided first class recommendations on restaurants, coffee shops and places to go. This all helped to make our brief stay in Florence relaxed and highly enjoyable. Beds were really comfortable and slept really well. The apartment has a small kitchen equipped with everything you need, with spacious living area to relax after a day enjoying fabulous Florence
Very minor issue, toilet seat broken and needs to be secured properly.

L’emplacement
Le service promis est absent avec une gestion inefficace du problème de wifi.
Par ailleurs, douche vraiment trop petite et double vitrage inefficace contre le bruit de la rue…. Et manque de rigueur dans le suivi : ampoule manquante, table à manger fatiguée (à reprendre car jolie). Idem Wc, poignée de porte d’entrée, …
