About this condo rental
Located in Crescent Beach, this lovely condo for $154 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to beautiful Crescent Beach! Walk down the private deck to Crescent Beach. The beach is usually not crowded, and it will be oh so peaceful to lay out and catch up on your reading or even frolic in the ocean waves. Maybe hop in the pool or lay out and work on a great tan. This is a two-story condominium on the second and third floors with great ocean views and pool views from most rooms. It has two bedrooms and two and one-half baths and was remodeled in 2007 with a ton of upgrades (like a full sized front loader washer and dryer!). It is beautifully decorated and newly furnished. It's a small piece of paradise outside your everyday life. All you need is food, clothes and a toothbrush. Come to crescent beach and enjoy all we have to offer, beaches (the best), good food, golf on the best golf courses, historic sightseeing or just chilling. It's all here and waiting on you. Wonderful time at the beach!
We loved our stay in Lora’s condo! It was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and had a great view of the pool and the ocean. The owner was easily accessible although we didn’t have any issues that we needed to contact her about. We would definitely stay here again’

Great vacation get away
We were able to stay a week in this beautiful, spacious condo. We loved sitting in the patio watching the ocean or people in the pool. Everything was great. Very clean. There were a couple of snags, but we worked with it. Just to note: The lock box is pretty tricky, the grill is pretty far away from the condo,the TV is a little too dark to watch. But that's okay, it just meant that we needed to get out in the water. :D Also, don't bring pool floats, they aren't allowed. While most people are okay with it, there are some grumpy people who are not. Okay, if those are the only negatives, I would say, some stay here, it's such a gem. The positives FAR outweigh the negatives. Super close to everything. The beds are comfy. Plenty of space. They have everything you need and the owner is really friendly and accommodating.

Awesome, family-friendly condo!
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo during spring break! The unit is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Lora was very helpful, easy to work with and wonderful to communicate with. The pool area is literally right in front of the unit which is nice for keeping track of the kids, and the view of the ocean is great! We slept with the windows open every night and enjoyed the sound of the surf. The beach in this area is perfect; beautiful sand and not crowded at all. We hope to be back soon!

Beach Paradise!
We loved this little piece of Beach Paradise! The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfy and the view were spectacular! Private access to the beach was so easy and close (and not crowded!). Owner was very responsive and helpful! A1A Back 40 (restaurant) is right across the street (walking distance)...check it out! Thank you for a perfect weekend getaway for our family!

I did not know the area so something to suggest where the grocery stores are, recommended restaurants and things to do. We drove down to the Washington Oaks Gardens and that was just beautiful. I also found the tourist stop in St. Augustine but maybe have some of those flyers to look through at the condo? Again, just a thought- definitely did not effect how nice the location and the housing were.

A most wonderful stay at Sea Haven
My wife and I had the most pleasant stay in Saint Augustine Beach for the month of February. Such a beautiful spot. Sea Haven is very charming with the ocean right outside your door. We kept the window ajar every night to listen to the waves. Having the city of Saint Augustine only 7 miles away was also a plus with their many restaurants and it is such a great city to enjoy walking. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great Community
We walked into a wonderful, friendly group at Sea Haven enjoying golf games and happy hours that only a truly welcoming community provides. One cannot over estimate the advantages this provides in learning about sites to see, places to eat, pubs to visit and special events to experience like local markets, historical sites and theater presentations.
The firm beach sand was also an advantage providing a great environment for walking and biking. You could even drive your car along it if you wished to.
The accommodations were comfortable and provided a pool and ocean view, even from the special master bedroom. The kitchen was small, but modern and well outfitted.
Finally, topping it off, the owner was very well organized, thoughtful and cooperative.
What more could a wandering snowbird ask for!

Home Away From Home
It's taken me a few months to write a much deserved review for this beautiful ocean view condo. It exceeded every single expectation I had. My husband and I were married on the beach a few miles down the road and spent our entire honeymoon relaxing in this condo. The master bedroom was a dream come true. It was spacious and airy, with ocean views. We slept with the windows open and were awaken by the bright morning skies. The balcony was our second favorite place. We spent tons of time overlooking the pool area and enjoying the ocean breeze. The kitchen was BEAUTIFUL! Stunning, really. The entire place was just everything a couple/family could have imagined and more! We'll definitely be back. We hope to reserve again for our one year anniversary. I cried when we had to leave. This place is worth every penny and is in a great location. Thank you for having us! God bless.

Fantastic Stay

Great Rental Property
You will not find a better vacation spot in Florida! We have been renting this condo for 8 years. We absolutely love it!! Best beach in Florida and this complex is small and very friendly. We feel like it is our second home now. The owners are fabulous, wonderful to deal with and we highly recommend this property!

The condo was good. just like in '07. Door lock box operated well. Happy with all aspects of the unit.
Bedding in master is very noisey...prob. due for a replace on the box springs. Pool & deck cleaned daily.
Nice boardwalk to the beach. Stayed before and liked it and did this time also.
Some of the guests at the pool are not. family friendly...beware of drinks in pool and poolside. Time for the owners assoc. to step up.(maybe it's just the time of the year)? A good place to stay. Would happily return.

Great week in spite of tropical storm
We loved your condo and enjoyed our stay in spite of tropical storm Debby and only having about a day and a half to enjoy the beach and pool. The condo was exactly as described, very clean and roomy with everything we needed. Old St. Augustine was an easy drive away. The area was quiet and it was nice not to have to deal with a lot of the traffic and crowds in some beach towns. Good restaurants right on AIA so you didn't have to go back into St. Augustine...great italian right across the street, nice Mexican restaurant in the Publix shopping center and we ate at the Oasis three times! We are hoping to return September or October and hopefully have nicer weather. The only change I would have made would be more light in the living area. The lamps were dim for reading and needlework especially at night and cloudy days. Otherwise A+ condo!!! Wish you allowed pets :)

Ohio Family With Young Kids
We found this condo to be well-appointed and comfortable. We have stayed in condos in the past with a poor choice of furniture and cheap kitchens, but not this unit. The sectional sofa was great, for we were able to fit the entire family on it. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed and even had stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryer were much nicer than what we expected. The unit was clean and quiet and very nice. We enjoyed the pool (even though it is a bit small) and the beach was clean and wide. We loved visiting downtown St. Augustine and we found the drive getting there not bad at all. We also had good luck with dining, for there was a great variety of restaurants.
There were a few minor drawbacks, but nothing that affected our stay. We could find no blankets or quilts for laying around to watch television, so we were forced to use beach towels as blankets which was a bit of a drag. We also prefer to have a porch directly facing the ocean where this unit was set a ways back, but these 'complaints' were very mild compared to our overall satisfaction of the unit.
Overall, we really enjoyed our trip and condo and we all agreed we would be happy to return to this unit. The owners were great to work with. Highly recommend this unit and owner.

Wonderful Location
The beach here is beautiful! Perfect quiet and private location. Great for children. Plenty of towels and storage. The pool is warm and the weather was great. Excellent friendly restaurants and sightseeing nearby. Our family loves the beach in St. Augustine! Thank-you for sharing your vacation home with us.

Time for Resting & Relaxing - This is the Place
Gorgoeous condo inside and out. Very spacious floorplan on both floors. Furniture extremely comfortable and current .. no 1970s wicker or rattan inside this condo. The decor is beautiful and comfy providing that home-away-from-home feeling. Condo is in the perfect location with both pool and beach views. Located in a small beachfront complex that is very well maintained (appears to have some recent upgrades especially on the beach walkover with new deck boards) and the pool was serviced and cleaned each morning. Complex location makes for easy & scenic drives to old town St Augustine and Vilano Beach to the north or Matanzas Inlet and Flagler Beach to the south. No crowds on the beach or streets to interfere with your vacation. Wonderful pizza/pasta restaurant directly across the street as well. Will for sure rent this "home" again on our next visit to Crescent Beach. Thank you Lora & family for sharing your condo with us.

Great Home Away From Home
Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful beach home. Our family of four had a wonderful time enjoying the beach and pool everyday and your home made the week complete. The large living area gave us plenty of room to watch movies and play games. A short drive to shops and resturants offered plenty of choices throughout the week.
