Nestled in Cashiers, this lovely house for $319 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a 2-person sleeper sofa in a bonus room/office sleeps up to 8 guests. This makes it perfect for larger families, friends or couples traveling together. Enjoy the large flat screen TV with DIRECTV in the comfy living room, cooking in the spacious kitchen or sitting on the wrap around deck with your favorite drink of choice and let the kids play in the large yard which also offers a gas BBQ for use. The location is perfect for visiting the quaint mountain town of Cashiers with local stores and boutiques as well as outdoor activities such as hiking, golfing, waterfalls, skiing at Sapphire Valley Resort in the winter, renting a boat on Lake Glenville, fly fishing, Blue Ridge Parkway or the Great Smoky Mountain National Park (about 1 1/2 hours). From mid-October through early November you can see the famous Shadow of the Bear off Highway 64 on your way to Highlands. The shadow appears around 5:30pm for about 30 minutes on sunny days. This property is one of the few vacation rentals right in the town of Cashiers. The complete upper level is for your use - surrounded by one acre of grass and wooded area with a stream along one property line. Our own property management company office with separate driveway and parking is located on the lower level of the building and closed on weekends. It is usually very quiet and doesn't have a lot of traffic.

This property is on one of the main roads and easy to find. We did not get outside as much as we would like to have as it was gorgeous!! A nice wrap around deck gave great views all around. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

We came to town for a wedding in Cashiers. The location was perfect for all venues. The house was very roomy and clean. We had an issue where we had to contact the owner and they were very prompt and helpful, and took care of it quickly.

We (2 kids, 2 senior and 4 of us) had a great time. The house is very big, it took us some time to get used to the nooks and corners. It is so cozy and warm that you dont feel like going out.

We took our 3 teenage boys for a weekend mountain getaway and had a wonderful experience. The home has plenty of space, was very nicely updated and convenient to downtown Cashiers.

We loved this house, wish we could have stayed longer! It was much larger than I thought, we all had so much space. The beds were very comfortable, they just really thought of everything. The location was perfect, would definitely stay there again.

This place exceeded our expectations! It is beautifully appointed and everything looks brand new like it was just remodeled. Clean and well appointed. The rooms are large with plenty of sleeping space and having three full baths is wonderful! The location is great, right in town but still private. Would love to visit again! Thank you.

Our first time to Cashiers and it was a pleasure. Isabella was a gracious and accommodating host. Great communication and was able to switch us last minute due to family tragedy. The house was centrally located and extremely clean and convenient. Exactly as described. Perfect for what we needed.

Isabelle's house was absolutely perfect for our weekend away in the snow. The house was spacious, beautiful, well equipped, and exactly what we were looking for. We had a blast playing in the snow and looking out at the beautiful grounds. Isabel was very responsive to any questions that we had. We lost power, along with the rest of cashiers, and Isabelle kept us updated with the latest from Duke Energy on the timeline for restoration. We will certainly stay here again!

The property was very clean and very well supplied as to bath linen, kitchen needs, and even bath supplies in dispensers. The location is outstanding - close to Cashiers restaurants and shops and fifteen minutes from Highlands. The photos give an excellent representation of the house.

Everything was extremely clean and tastefully decorated with modern farmhouse finishes throughout. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there were ample towels and linens along with being stocked with basic necessities not often found in rentals (hand soap, body wash, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.) which was a nice surprise. While we only did minor cooking, the kitchen had everything one might need. All appliances are newer and well maintained. The wrap around outdoor porch was very large with lots of seating. We had a slight problem getting the door unlocked upon arrival but the owner quickly responded to our text and arrived with 15 minutes of our call to assist. I would highly recommend this rental.

Our family of five enjoyed our stay in this spacious and very clean vacation getaway! We typically rent in more secluded mountain homes, but it was so nice having the convenience to quickly get to the grocery, shops, and other areas for skiiing. We went to Cataloochie ski resort twice. The drive is a little over an hour, and it’s an easy, beautiful drive. You can reserve ski equipment and lift tickets there which Sapphire Valley does not allow at this time. We also enjoyed time in Cashiers and Highlands and loved exploring the waterfalls! Highly recommend!

3 of us came traveled from Texas to visit family in Cashiers and Charlotte. The house was very comfortable, located close to the crossroads in Cashiers. We had a total of 7 for Christmas dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a complex meal for 7. Will certainly try to sty here again on next trip
