We were traveling not knowing where we would stay. I made a last minute reservation. The location was perfect. Just off the freeway. We left very early and didn’t get to try the breakfast.

Hot breakfast was good. Location was great for our purposes. Nice being close to the interstate and also dining and shopping options.
The pool area NEEDS more shade. It was excruciatingly hot and it's hard to watch the kids swim from a scorching hot, busted up lounger. Would also love to be able to bring the canned beverages out to the pool that are sold at the front desk, rather being asked to take it to my room (why do I need to hide?!).

Almost perfect hotel. Staff was great, as were the rooms.

Staff was so friendly.
Dirty rooms, dust everywhere, no soap in large soap dispenser in shower, no plates or utensils for breakfast, and when I told the maids to clean our room I mentioned our room had the door tag but to ignore it. Instead of just telling me I would have to take it down if we wanted service she went ahead and left me a note saying she couldn’t clean the room. Made no sense the lack of communication.
