Beautiful rooms, comfy bed and included breakfast was delicious. Very centrally located at deal. They also helped us with our bags up the stairs which was great.

The wifi didn’t work, the rooms were very stuffy on a hot day and the windows only opened a few inches. They provided a fan but it was a large floor fan so very impractical - we had to perch it on a bedside table. Overall I did not think the stay was worth £250 a night despite being quite nice.

There were quite a few things in our room (4) that looked tired or needed fixing (one of the chairs, a leg on the bath)
