The home is fully furnished and stocked with basic amenities needed for your stay! The home has a full kitchen with range, microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemaker. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the home. The front bedroom has a king size bed with flat screen TV. The middle bedroom has a queen size bed with flat screen TV, and the back bedroom has a trundle bed with two single beds and flat scree tv.. The living room sleeper sofa includes an additional queen bed. The house has a charming front porch with porch swing for your morning coffee, the backyard offers the perfect set-up for an afternoon BBQ with outdoor seating, grill, and firepit! We loved staying at this cute home in downtown Nacogdoches, mere minutes to SFA campus. The house had everything we needed, plus more. Fully stocked barista bar with a large variety of k-cups, sugars, creams, flavored syrups…you name it, they have it! Check in and out was super easy and the location is perfect! The house was clean, cutely decorated and the perfect size (two full size bathrooms)! Houses in Nac don’t always have two full size bathrooms. Hoping to book again next time we’re in Nac!

This was a nice clean home. The home was a great place to visit with family. The only issue is people drive really fast down the street. Street needs at least a speed limit sign or some speed bumps.

This was a great little house with everything we needed for a short stay in Nacogdoches. Only two negatives for us was that the street traffic was noisy at night and the beds a little too soft for us. But other than that is was very nicely decorated and the perfect size for what we needed!

We had a delightful weekend visiting Nacogdoches with our son (a recent SFA graduate) and our daughter, who is considering transferring to SFA next year. The house was perfect for this. It was comfortable, attractive and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is fantastic. The location is within walking distance of downtown, Java Jacks, the best coffee house in town, and plenty of things to do. The house is beautiful, well apportioned, and we would stay here again.

Everything was spot on with our stay at the "Martin Haus!" The house is beautiful, cozy & relaxing. It is so close to everything yet the location is perfectly quiet & private. We will definitely stay here again!

This charming house was perfect for us! I loved having my coffee on the porch swing. The kitchen was amazing for making brunch on Sunday. We will definitely stay here again! Location was Key as well, centrally located to anywhere we needed to be. Thank you so much!!!

We were in town for a wedding and there were 5 adults. We have stayed in many vacation rental properties and this house was a top pick. It was so comfortable, decorated beautifully - felt like I had come home to a perfectly clean house. Beds were great, coffee bar was a hit, kitchen supplies were spot on. They thought of all the little things and it shows. If we have a reason to be back in Nacogdoches - we will be returning !!!

The house was a beautifully renovated period home. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The house had all of the amenities anyone would want. It was so clean and so well furnished. We were instantly right at home! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this house! It’s so cozy and beautifully decorated. As another guest said, the snacks were very much appreciated! The lights were on upon arrival, like a true welcome home. I wish we had of discovered this sooner. Although our son just graduated from SFA, we will hopefully stay again for football games etc. I will definitely be recommending The Martin House to other SFA families.

This was a great house for our weekend getaway. The house is nicely decorated and loved the texas theme and coffee table books were a fun read. Lots of room and kitchen was helpfully stocked. Just a few notes the internet was slow so streaming music was a bit hard. Liked that there was extra bedding but some of it was a little stained. But definitely would book again :)

We have been coming to Nac for many years, and this was the first time we stayed in a VRBO. It was absolutely wonderful! The house is adorable and conveniently located. The kitchen was also fully stocked with anything you need in terms of spices, pots and pans, etc. - in fact, might have been the best VRBO I've ever stayed at in terms of kitchen needs. Can't wait to return in the fall to enjoy the outside areas more, although even in July, we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings!

Our stay was very good!! We enjoyed a lot your home!! Beautiful and clean. It had all the essentials and more. The hosts left a big variety of snacks (our kids loved that) and coffee (parents loved that). Easy check in, quiet neighborhood, nice place to stay. Totally recommended!!
