Nestled in Nassau, this lovely house for $1,184 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Sea Esta is more than just a destination. It's an immaculate feeling of pure and simple time-pausing peace. When you arrive and step out the back door, you will be overcome with views of emerald soul-calming waters, powder soft sand at your feet, you'll hear the breeze rustling through the palm tree leaves.... and it will be pierced by the excited shrieks as you realize THIS IS HOME for the upcoming days! Whatever type of vacation you are looking for, be it a family trip, group of friends, girls or guys only trip, this immaculate town home is for you. The property is gated and tightly secured, clean, and full of amenities such as a gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean, a marina restaurant and bar, tennis courts, playground, fitness center, recreational rentals and more. You can come here for weeks on end and never need to leave for fun! Sea Esta is beautifully appointed, with breezy, bright and beachy décor. Three floors tall with sweeping ocean views at every floor, a fully stocked kitchen, closets stocked with games for both adults and kids, spacious closets and room to spread out throughout the whole house. The patios are vast with comfortable seating for reading with your morning coffee or having a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The bottom floor hosts a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, oven, flat glass 5-burner stove, double sink, glassware, cookware and view of the open living/dining area. A 8-seat dining table (which can be extended to add additional seating) is the focal point of the room, competing greatly with the floor to ceiling glass doors that lead outside to the back patio encompassing a dining table and small couch. Beyond the beach patio are comfortable beach lounge chairs, a grill, an umbrella, and a shower should you ever decide to come inside - a shower to wash all the sand from your feet. There is also a bathroom, very comfortable over sized couch, large screen TV including cable. The second floor is home to the large master bedroom with comfortable king bed, dresser and two nightstands, full bathroom with shower, and white curtains framing the full glass doors that open to a private patio. The best part of this room is "The Cloud"... a magnificent chair that makes you feel like you are floating over the ocean while you view the amazing Bohemian horizon from an areal perspective. Across from the master is a guest room with queen bed, full bathroom including a tub. This room is bright with coral and teal décor, providing more than enough space for an individual traveler to spoil themselves by spreading out, small family to sleep (pack n play crib will fit next to the bed), or multiple adults to share. This room also has a large flat screen TV including cable. On the top floor, there is a loft space with an extra queen bed, met by a full guest room containing a bathroom and shower, two queen trundle beds that open with twin beds underneath, two dressers and large screen flat TV, and yet another double glass door that opens to a rooftop view of the gorgeous ocean directly behind the house. The town home provides cable, beach toys, plenty of towels, blankets, beach chairs, a cold bottle of bubbly for your welcome treat, a private jet ski for additional fees and waiver. Leave your shoes at the door, don't plan to wear them until you're ready to walk back out to the airport. Should you wear more than your bathing suit and need to do laundry, there is a full washer and dryer provided. All you need for fun is your bathing suit and sun block! Sea Esta is a short 30-minute drive from Nassau's international airport, 10 minutes from Atlantis/Downtown Nassau, and 10 minutes from a grocery store. Transportation arrangements to/and from any location can be provided at additional fees. We hope to be your dream home destination in the Bahamas, our goal is to strive for the WOW factor that our guests expect to experience! Note: This home is not suitable for small children under 6, elderly individuals or individuals with injuries who may have trouble walking up stairs. The unit is not wheel-chair accessible.

What amazing views from this property! This home was very nicely fit our family of 8 for our vacation. We made great use of the property and all it has to offer...from the beautiful beaches to dining at the Pink Octopus. We also made use of Geoffrey, our private concierge, to book jet skis, a fishing trip and a private chef to come to the unit to cook for us. We look forward to being back here in the future!

We rented a Palm Cay property for a Spring Break week with our family and a few friends. The Palm Cay development provided an enjoyable atmosphere - right on the beach, a marina, a few dining options, and a really relaxing place overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and easily fit our group of 8 guests. Our host Geoffrey took care of all the details for us, and he really made our stay fantastic - he arranged transportation to/from the airport, golf, a boat tour, jet ski rentals, and a home dinner with a private chef. Everything was great.

The perfect trip from start to finish!
From the moment we arrived and Geoffrey collected us from the airport, we felt relaxed and ready to enjoy our trip. The real 'wow' moment was the first time we saw the view from the back of the property and stepped onto the sand, it was the perfect place to enjoy our family holiday.
The children loved the beach, clear water and freedom to run from house to sand in a moment and we hardly left for the whole trip. It was perfect! Palm Cay itself was great for us, coffee shop on site, great food at the restaurant available for takeaway and everyone we came across was friendly and welcoming.
The last comment has to go the Geoffrey, he made the experience and dealt with everything we threw at him. From tee times, to dinner bookings and everything in between such as trips to the supermarket, he was available happy to help. We need Geoffrey on every trip!
Already planning to come back and can't wait to step on the sand again with a cold Kalik in my hand.

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The beach area behind was beautiful. The property itself was extremely comfortable for our new years eve with friends. Convenient to get everywhere. Geoffrey was amazing and attentive. We had an issue with the water heater and he couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The property is great location and a very well equipped and nicely appointed place. It affords the opportunity for a secluded and peaceful break right by the ocean and away from the sometimes Disney-esque feel of paradise Island. The private deck area and bit of beach are absolutely lovely. Geoffrey , the property manager is quite a character and enormously helpful. He can source anything you need, (e.g. jet ski's private chef, boat trips, sightseeing ) The Palm Cay club that you can pay to use whilst there, is a nice facility but not sure it's value for money as it's standards are not well maintained,(e.g. staff customer service & pool cleanliness are poor) and the fee just includes the pool and anything else ( cabana's, kayaks, the gym ) are all at additional cost.

It’s been over a week when we got back from our wonderful vacation. This was a home away from home for us. It’s very clean and has everything you needed.
Our experience was extremely wonderful. We have met an amazing man named Geoffrey who was a God-sent. He made our vacation so smooth and we didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING. He picked us up, dropped us off, showed us around, made reservations and pretty much made everything happen so our kids can have the best experience.
As beautiful as the Bahamas is, we sure have plans on coming back. One of the main reason for coming back is to see Geoffrey again whom our oldest want to be like and called him an angel in the flesh. When our kids (20,18 and 14) are asked what’s the best part of the vacation, they say Geoffrey.
A home that is very cozy and the beach is like right outside, an all day excursions, visit to Atlantis, parasailing, jet skis and the amazing Chef Everton who did an outstanding job preparing a meal for us are bonuses of this vacation. Geoffrey made our experience perfect in our eyes.

Kitchen well stocked with everything needed for cooking, well decorated, and the beds are so comfortable. Just walk out your back door and you are on the beach. We had ten people say. The condo was wonderful, the property was clean, the Club was convenient and the sea was warm! How could you beat that? Oh right, Geoffrey! Geoffrey was the cherry on top of an already perfect sundae. I can’t say enough about him. What an incredible person he is.
The only negative, if you can even call it that, was that I was under the impression there were three bedrooms PLUS the third floor. There are actually two bedrooms plus the third floor which has a queen and two full beds (with trundles). We made it work and everyone was happy. We all loved SeaEsta and wished we could stay longer!

Amazing vacation in Paradise!
Gorgeous property on prime beachfront location. Home was in beautiful condition and with plenty of room for 7 adults and a 2 year old. We spent lots of time relaxing on a perfect beach but also enjoyed island activities and dining. Kitchen is excellent for a vacation home. The Cloud on the Master Bedroom porch was my wife's favorite spot for peacefully watching the waves. Ania was great to work with and very responsive to questions and requests. Geoffrey, the property manager, is a true gentleman who was determined and creative in making sure that our needs were met (Thanks for everything, Geoffrey!!). One of our best vacations ever.

Heaven on Earth!
Best beach villa in Bahamas. Immaculate furnishings including “Heaven” the living room couch, and “Cloud” the master bedroom balcony chair which is massive. Beautiful ocean views from master bedroom & living room. Outdoor grill came in handy. Kitchen was well stocked and has everything you will ever need. The waffle maker came in handy each morning. Solomon’s grocery store is just around the corner (almost within walking distance). Be prepared, groceries are expensive. The villa property manager, Jeoffrey, can help with groceries if you wish and says he has better places to shop (you can trust him). We rented a passenger van prior to our arrival. Don’t do this. Let Jeoffrey shuttle you around and pay him instead. He did take us several places during our stay and this makes the trip more relaxing and informative. The beach is awesome but don’t expect to see many tropical fish if you like to snorkel. There are a few small fish around the rocky areas. We did find several star fish. As the tide goes out, collect sea shells. You’ll be shocked what you’ll find. We were a little surprised about additional fees to use the club house pool & bar. Ania (owner) was always kind. We did receive an email from her the night before our departure (7:15 pm CST) asking about transportation, rental equipment, private chef, & beverage orders. Honestly, we wished we would have received this email at least two weeks in advance of our arrival as we could have planned accordingly. Otherwise, as Jeoffrey says, “just relax”. Awesome place!

A perfect Paradise get away
From the moment we unboarded the plane we were treated like royalty by Geoffrey. We walked into Ania's beautiful home and it was 10 times better than described, pictures do not do this place justice. All the little details of this home, the smell when you walk in, the decor, the entertainment made this family trip one we will never forget. You walk out the back door and your own private beach awaits. Palm Cay is a safe quite gated community, away from the loud, touristy area. We actually rented 3 homes here in Palm Cay for our large group of 21 people, it worked out perfectly. Ania's home Sea Esta was by far the best of those 3. The beds we're so comfortable, the couch, OMG, my family wants to buy one now. My favorite was the cloud on the outside master balcony, I woke up and read there every morning to the sound of the ocean waves. There is a big TV with Netflix and so many movies to choose from, every night our family gathered on the comfy heaven couch to watch a movie together. One thing I have to say that is NOT a complaint in any way, I just wondered this when looking at pictures and reading about the place. The 4th room on the 3rd floor is not really a room, it has a bed but no door, so noise carries up there if someone is trying to go to sleep and others are still watching TV downstairs, it is also the warmest place in the house because of the heat rising to it. Just some info, in case you are trying to figure room configurations for your group. Geoffrey, the property manager was amazing, he became part of our family for the week, he made sure we we're taken care in every way. He helped us with transportation, chef services, (chef Everton was awesome), jet skis, and tours. Thank you Geoffrey and thank you Ania for sharing your beautiful home! We hope to be back soon!

A Little Piece of Paradise!
This beachfront/ocean front property is truly paradise, and as our 11 year old great niece described it ‘heaven’. Inside and outside is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Fully stocked chef’s kitchen, most comfortable couch on the planet, and mattresses that lulled you to sleep. Everything was 5 star right down to the bedding and towels. You really are steps from the ocean and can see it from the master bedroom bed. The owner Ania was lovely to deal with, and responded to each of my inquires right away. Thank you Ania for being so accommodating.
My husband and I travelled with our niece, husband and their 3 children (11, 7 and 5). All of us can’t say enough good things about the property manager Jeff. A lovely, kind man. He was there to guide us through all of our activities (deep sea fishing, how to cook our catch the Bahamian way, renting a jet ski for the day, tour guide, shopping, restaurant recommendations and Atlantis water park for the day, to name a few). When we said goodbye to Jeff we were all very sad as he had become a part of our family. From the bottom of our hearts, thanks Jeff. xo

Fabulous Bahamas Getaway
This beachfront property is magnificent! Beautifully decorated and the location is to die for...
the pictures do not do it justice! Jeoffrey the property manager went above and beyond and it was well worth it to hire him for the week to take care of all of our arrangements from arrival to outings and then getting us back to the airport on time. All of his recommendations for activities were spot on. He knows everyone on the island. This property was in a very secure gated community. We joined the clubhouse for a small fee and attended the New Year's Eve party which was spectacular. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a First Class Vacation in the Bahamas!!

Lovely beachfront condo!
Our extended family of eight recently stayed in this lovely condo. The beautifully decorated condo is extremely well appointed with comfortable mattresses, a completely stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The owner and property manager (Geoffrey) were very accessible and extremely helpful. Geoffrey made our week seamless and helped facilitate additional activities, from a private boat charter for snorkeling to renting a jet ski that was delivered right to our little private beach for the day. The water is literally steps away from the back patio. The entire experience was five star and the property exceeded our expectations. I would definitely return to this wonderful property in the future! Thank you for sharing your wonderful Bahamian beach home with us for the week.

A Week in Paradise
There are few places in the world where I might awaken, look out the window, and have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming. Sea Esta is one of those places. Every day was like being inside a Windows screen saver! From the moment we awoke to the gentle morning breezes, to falling asleep in beautiful cotton sheets to the sound of waves breaking on the beach below, we were enfolded in dreamy luxury.
It isn't easy to find a place where our family of seven (four kids 17-22) plus Grammy, could all be happy. But Sea Esta had everything we needed to make our family vacation memorable, delightful, and fun. Geoffrey was a god-send, truly the Mayor of Nassau. He found us the really good deals, helped with reservations and arranging drivers, etc. He gave us a beautiful welcome at the airport, as well as a smashing send-off (Sky Juice for the road!)
Off the beaten track, it was a perfect spot to get away from it all. If a busy resort vacation is your cup of tea, Atlantis this is NOT. There were never more than a few people on the entire beach, and often we had it all to ourselves. The club house with beach bar, restaurant, kayak rentals, and spa, was just a short meander down the beach. When we did venture down to the port for dinner at Carmines, which was really good, we were grateful to return to our peaceful beach house, away from the noise and crowds.
Sea Esta is a place to commune with nature, a healing refuge from the busyness of life. It is a place to make home-cooked meals in the gourmet kitchen, sip wine from the wine fridge, and lose track of what day it is. It is a place where in the evenings we'd pile onto the wonderful cloud sofa sectional with the whole family and watch a Netflix series together, play a game, or simply share stories, hopes, and dreams. With our kids preparing to launch into adulthood, it was a special place to make lasting memories that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
The Cloud Chaise off the Master Bedroom was the spot to get even further away from it all. I would often sneak off after meals with a glass of something and a book, only to be gently snuggled awake with kisses from my honey. So even though this was a family vacation, there was enough space and privacy for romance and connection with my mate. Mwah!

The home was exactly how it was described. The home owner Ania is so kind and thoughtful. She went above and beyond our expectations in making sure we had a memorable vacation. In addition to Ania's hospitality you will be greeted by her property manager Geoffery who is the go to guy for all your needs. He is a wealth of knowledge. He knows every detail of history of the island. He is a sweetheart! You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to land a stay at 404 Starfish Isle.
