Situated in Kihei, this charming condo for $175 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Panoramic view of the ocean and the mountains, this beautifully furnished condo has all the amenities you're looking for. This condo is just a three minute walk to Kamaole Beach 1 where you'll enjoy snorkeling, boogie boarding, paddle boarding or just relaxing in the sun. A short walk to all the restaurants and shopping. Kihei Ali'i Kai has free parking, sauna, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, BBQ's for all guests to use. This unit includes WiFi, Cable TV and a DVD player. Our unit is C-302. Bedroom: 1 brand new queen size mattress Living room: 1 sleeper sofa. Living room has beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. You can enjoy watching the whales right off your lanai during whale season. The living room is very spacious and has many upgrades, including a flat screen TV, A/C, pull out sleeper sofa, and a sound system for watching tv or listening to music. Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you're looking for and then some. There are all sizes of pots and pans, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, BBQ tools and of course cups to take down to the pool to enjoy your favorite beverage. Bedroom: The bedroom has a new queen size bed. Enjoy a cup of coffee while looking out your bedroom window and enjoy the ocean view. Bathroom: This bathroom has been renovated with a walk in shower, granite counter top and tile floors. Lanai: Enjoy your private lanai to watch the South Maui sunsets whether your seated around the table or laying on lounge chairs. This is a perfect place to read or entertain visiting guests. Extra amenities include a washer/dryer, beach towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, one beach umbrella, cooler for picnics, laundry soap and dishwashing soap. Our unit is C-302. This condo was perfect for our getaway to Maui! My partner and I stayed here for a week and the condo had everything we needed!
Condo: The condo is more spacious than the pictures. The bed was super comfy and the building was very quiet at night, we slept great! The balcony was the reason we picked this condo, since it is big enough for a dining table for 4 as well as 2 full sized lounge chairs, it was so lovely to be able to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze on the balcony! The A/C worked well and we found we only needed it for a few hours in the late afternoon. The kitchen has everything you need and more. There are beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, floaties, and sand toys to borrow. The pool is large with soft water and lots of lounge chairs.
Location: Very conveniently in the middle of Kihei. 100 steps to Kamaole Beach I. About 5 minutes walk to Kamaole Beach II and another 5 to Kamaole Beach III. Lots of shops, restaurants, and ice cream within a 5 minute walk, but it would be best to have a car to get to the larger grocery stores.
Owner: Janice was very helpful and quick to respond! She clearly keeps the condo in excellent order, the info binder has lots of good details, and the arrival and departure process was very smooth!

Only suggestion would be to add an additional air conditioning unit to the bedroom as it stays hot at night.

This is the best location! From balcony you can see the ocean water, walking distance to beach, walking to food, and walking to things to do tour guides!
Condo is nicely fully equipped with all beach toys, cooking utensils, and toiletries.
The only thing I would suggest is a welcome folder of local hot spots to visit. Other then that we loved our stay!
We will be back to stay!!

We are a family of three and had an amazing stay at the condo. The kitchen has all the amenities and the host also graciously provides you with almost any equipment for your beach visits that you might want to use.
The communication with the host was also very clear and she messaged back really quickly. We would love to come back to the condo again.

Our stay in this condo was great. Check-in was easy, the whole place was clean, and most of all, Janice was super responsive and took great care of us the entire time. The real measure of a rental condo is whether we’d want to stay here again for a future trip and the answer for us is absolutely!

This was a trip my husband and I planned for our 60th birthdays and our wedding anniversary! Our experience was nothing short of magical! The condo is in an amazing location across from Kam I beach. There are many bars, restaurants, and shops in close proximity as well! As others mentioned, you have to navigate a series of stairs to reach the unit, so if you have mobility issues that may present a challenge. Janice was great! She checked in with us to make sure everything was okay! We had the vacation of a lifetime!

I almost don’t want to praise too much because I want to be able to come back without being booked up! This condo has everything you need, also everything you want. Comfortable bed. So much room and space to unpack and unwind. Kitchen had everything we needed. This condo is close to everything. The lanai is what sold me and didn’t disappoint.
All that said, Janice was a great person to rent from. I hope to stay again.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The pool of the complex was nice. The beach is in 5 minutes walking distance. There are also some restaurants and shops closeby.

The unit is as advertised. Prefect for my wife and I. Nice and clean and has all you need for your stay on Maui. Great location. Close to the beach, restaurants and shop. I am a new user to VRBO and had made final payment on the property the day of check in. I failed to realize that this impacted my ability to check into my VRBO property. I thought the payment was automated on my end but left us Ill prepared to check in. We had to call VRBO support to help us troubleshoot and was told we would get help paying for our first night with a recipe and booking with a VRBO approved hotel. We did everything we were asked and have not received a refund for this matter. Although this is not the hosts fault, the communication on the day of check in most definitely could be improved for a first time user. This will also be my last time using VRBO as they do not follow through with their promises either.

This was a fabulous place for my husband and I to stay and celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was clean and comfortable. Nice to be able to do some of our laundry and make a couple meals. So close to the Kam 1 beach to soak in the sun and take an afternoon nap before walking to supper and then capping off the night watching the gorgeous sunset. Convenient location to head out early for our daily excursions. 20 min to Wailuku for a snorkeling trip to Molokini Crater, 1.5hr to the Haleakala Summit Sunrise, and 45 min to Mile Marker 0 to start our Road to Hana. Communication was great via text, email, and the binder that was left on the table for us. The binder also includes suggestions for restaurants and favorite places to visit which were all very helpful. We drove a short distance to Foodland for groceries, Pizza Madness for supper, Sugar Beach Bakery for malasadas, and Ululani’s Hawaiian Shaved Ice. But then we walked to Ohana for supper, and Kihei Caffe for breakfast. Walking out onto the lanai to view the beach, palm streets, and ocean was heavenly and so relaxing. We will definitely stay again if we ever make a 2nd trip to Maui.

This was one of the best condo’s I’ve stayed at in Kihei! The condo is walking distance from great restaurants and shops. Grocery store is just down the way. The balcony is big and you can see the ocean. The condo was so clean and had everything I needed.

This was a great condo in a nice complex with a lot of amenities that we didn’t have time to use (pool, grills, pickle ball court, etc.). The living area and deck were more spacious than similar layout condos we’ve stayed in, which is hard to tell from photos. It was a convenient location for exploring in multiple directions, while being within view of the ocean for a quick walk down to see the sunset in the evening. We were very happy here. The only caution I would give is for anyone with mobility issues, there is no way to get to the condo without stairs. Since the complex is built on a hill, there are half flights of stairs between each building and no way to get to this condo, even with the elevator, without going up or down about 3 of the half flights. If that isn’t a problem for you and you like the photos, you’ll love it!

We stayed at Janice’s apartment over a long weekend in Maui and it was everything we hoped for and more. The kitchen is updated, the lanai gets great light and was perfect for breakfast and evening cocktails. The location is excellent — walking distance to restaurants and a good natural foods grocery and an easy drive to restaurants in neighboring towns. Across the street from a great beach, the location is a perfect jumping off point for adventures in the mountains or north along the shore. We can’t wait to come back!

I had a few questions and contacted the owner and she got back with me immediately. The condo is in a good location, easy access to the beach and restaurants and various shopping centers. The condo is in really good shape and is exactly as it shows on the website. If I had two wishes one would be easier access to the condo. It’s a little hard with luggage to go up and down the stairs. Second wish would be a different mattress on the sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa has a permanent bump in the middle. The sleeper sofa is definitely fine for sleeping but that would just be a wish for a different mattress. I would definitely stay at the condo again.

Perfect location for vacation
My daughter, who is a teacher and needed some relaxation for spring break, and I arrived and easily checked in to our beautiful abode. The one bedroom apartment was nicely furnished and had everything we needed to eat in, shower, and sleep comfortably. The location is awesome to walk to the beach or numerous eateries, and centrally located to drive to La Haina, Haleakala, or Hana if one preferred. We actually spent a lot of time on our balcony chatting with those walking by and sitting and sunning by the pool and hot tub. I hope to return soon to this comfortable oasis.
Janice and her husband live nearby and are extremely responsive if anything is needed, even late at night!

This was a great property for our stay in Maui. It was central to Kihei within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants as well as the beach. It was also far enough from the main road in Kehei to allow a quiet stay on the patio. Had everything we needed included beach chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.
