If you enjoy the beach and great views of the Gulf of Mexico, this is the place for you! You can watch the sunrise from the comfort of your own bedroom as well as sunbathe or dine on your own private balcony. Located in Long Beach, this 49 unit facility is a quieter and the condo is fully furnished and sleeps FOUR. Each bedroom has its own private bath with a half bath on the main floor.
There is a swimming pool with patio and grilling facilities. Easy access to the beach and minutes from casinos, golfing, shopping and dining. An hour from New Orleans for sight-seeing and Mardi Gras.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was exactly as described—quiet, comfortable, and perfectly located. Jerry was great to work with, responding quickly and making communication easy throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Jerry was an amazing host and the property was clean. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay there. 10/10 recommended staying at Jerry’s rental. The views are amazing from this property and it’s a quiet and relaxing area.

Upon arrival, the condo was just as pictured. It was decorated very nicely and felt like home. As we began to look around, we noticed the kitchen counters were sticky and some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty (dried food on them). There were no cleaning supplies in the condo and only 1 dish washer pod for our 1 week stay. We had to wash all of the dishes by hand both before and after use.
There were no trash bags provided and only a partial roll of paper towels. Be sure to bring EVERYTHING from home or like us, your first stop will be Walmart.
During our stay, we were restricted on the temperature of the air conditioning. Apparently, some of the units were having problems, so the owners didn't want us to lower the temp below 70.
The bedroom with the king sized bed could use some curtains as it is very bright and hot in the mornings.
We didn't know what to do with our used towels upon check out. A neighbor said we should wash them, but I only brought enough laundry soap for a couple of loads so I didn't have enough to wash the towels. If we were supposed to wash the towels, it would be nice if laundry supplies were provided too.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the condo needed to be cleaned and some basic supplies provided.
