Welcome to Forest Ridge! This wonderfully appointed condo is located in not only one of the most sought-after communities near Loon Mountain, but is close to everything our community has to offer. Offering scenic views from the deck and an on-site clubhouse full of amenities, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is just a two minute ride to Loon, a 25 minute ride to Cannon and Waterville Valley, and a 40 minute ride to Bretton Woods. Don't let this one slip through your fingers! 4 adults + 2 Children sleep comfortably. Free shuttles to Loon Mountain every 15 mins during the ski season on weekends and holidays. Perfect for the ski season and hiking season in summer time. Not available for seasonal rental. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lincoln and were very happy with this Condo. Great first floor end unit . The proximity to Loon was super convenient. It is well appointed and comfortable . The owners were awesome to work with and always willing to answer any questions we had. We would definitely want to rent here again.

Property is beautiful. Clean which is first on my list ! Owner was responsive and checked in to see if everything was going ok. Everything you need is there and the unit is within a short distance of restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Great location with easy access to the Kanc and Franconia notch state park. The house has all the facilities that one may need for a family and is very spacious. Nice quiet condo complex that I would recommend for families.

Great property - super easy to get to and from Loon to ski and also to get to the town. The host was great - texted me to check in a couple times and responded to my questions right away.

Keiji was an excellent host. The unit is beautiful and well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Keiji helped navigate a minor issue with thoughtfulness and excellent communication. Very quiet unit and fantastic for families.

Condo was clean and comfortable, more roomy then appeared online. Plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. Condo was very well equipped with cookware etc... Kids really enjoyed playing on the chess and checkers table. Nice quiet porch to sit and sip coffee in the morning. We love this location and would definitely stay again!!

Great location. Clean and organized place. It was perfect for a family of four. Keiji was very easy to communicate with and he is very responsive.

Super clean and excellent location
We absolutely loved our stay in Forest Ridge! The proximity to Loon Mountain was perfect and the shuttle service was such a huge bonus. The condo was so clean and had all of the amenities we could ask for. Keurig coffee kcups, plenty of towels and the beds were so comfortable! My kids (9 and 10) have never slept so late, we really loved how dark all of the rooms were with the window treatments so we could all sleep in. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying with kids or a group and wanting to ski Loon. The spa was closed which was kind of a bummer but that’s probably due to Covid. Would definitely stay here again, thank you for a super enjoyable stay!

Great Condo for Our Family Ski Vacation
The condo was great for our family ski vacation. It had everything we needed and lots of cooking utensils which was great since we stayed in and cooked dinner every night. It is located very close to Loon Mountain which was very convenient for our family. The property manager was very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely fashion. The condo also has a brand-new washer and dryer which was extremely useful during our vacation. We enjoyed the gas fireplace as well! We hope to visit again!

ski weekend
The condo was spacious and yet also cozy. Everything was so easy, and it was great to do laundry each day after skiing. Nice kitchen, lovely bedrooms. The owner was very accessible via text and it was very easy to check in. All the information we needed was provided beforehand. All in all, it was a pleasure and we'll look forward to staying there again!

Excellent communication and service. Keiji made himself immediately available for whatever we needed.Location and layout of the condo is great. Plenty of room for two small families to spread out and relax. Proximity to local services and attractions was great. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect place if you’re visiting Loon. The condo is bigger than it looks in the photos. We cooked a huge feast in the kitchen and had more than enough pots/pans/knives etc which is welcome change from most ski condos. Kenji is a great host and answered every question we had within minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to the North Country.

Great place
We enjoyed ourselves.. the place was about 2 miles from the main lodge so it was not walkable and parking was very challenging on the weekends.. the shuttle only runs on weekends and I didn’t realize that when booking.. the kitchen was very fully equipped for all of our needs.. the owner was very helpful and responsive if I had any questions about anything. Very close to pool and sports center.. no shampoo or soap in bathrooms was the only thing I found odd when traveling long distances I usually don’t bring all of that on a plane. Our overall experience was awesome and can’t wait to come back to the beautiful white mountains in the summer.

Spent Columbus weekend with my family, comfortable and nice unit with responsive ownership, excellent location, the property is well equipped, we had wonderful stay and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommend.

Location was excellent. The towel looked stained and bathroom was not squeaky clean. Also would be nice if ALL rooms had fans .

Spent the weekend with my wife and her family (mom, sister, grandma). The space was large, family friendly and very comfortable. It was well-appointed with everything you need carefully thought out. Convenient location to downtown and easy access to highway. Highly recommend.
