About this condo rental
Situated in Myrtle Beach, this charming condo for $294 per night is a great choice for your next break. My calendar and rates are up to date. The dates you requested are available if the Calendar shows them to be available. Our units are being prepared and cleaned per CDC recommendations. We have 4 units in this building, including three 4 bedroom/3 bath units and two 2 bedroom/2bath units. They are units 701, 904, 905, 907 and 1207. About the condo: This is a direct oceanfront, 1100 sq ft, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, 9th floor condo located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an in suite private bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds. In addition, the living room has a full sized pullout sofa. The unit features a large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the extensive amenities, which include a full gym, game room, and 5 pools including indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tub, indoor and outdoor kiddies' pools with a mushroom waterfall and bubbles, and a fun 170 ft lazy river. All pools offer gorgeous views of the beach and the ocean! Parking is located in the same building as the unit and provides the guest with 2 spots. About the area: There are many fun-filled family activities within a short distance from the condo. The Family Kingdom, a family theme park is only a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. There are also miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all at your doorsteps. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and NASCAR. Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy your stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo. If you are interested in booking this condo: Click on the 'Book it' button and follow the instructions. The site will offer the option for you to buy cancellation protection and damage protection. It is totally up to you to take advantage of this or not. After this, you will have to read and agree with the rental agreement before you are able to pay. The first deposit will be 25% of the amount due and can be paid with a credit card to complete the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your check in date. This property is Smoke Free. Guests may only smoke in the designated smoking areas around the building. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room. Particularly appreciated the convenience of a very fast elevator. They could use more dishes, silverware, and commonplace kitchen items. Loved the two bathrooms and bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The deck gave us a spectacular view of the ocean. Easy to get to The beach and pool. My biggest complaint is the parking garage. It is very small with pillars which are so close to your car that it is a real chore to back up. It took my husband guiding me and making several attempts to backup without damaging my car or hoping that another car wouldn’t come around the corner and hit me. Very frustrating. Overall, it was a great vacation and the location was perfect.

Property was extremely clean. Cooling/ventilation system worked extremely well. Ceiling fan in king bedroom suite. Large balcony to enjoy beautiful beach. Beds were extremely comfortable. Tvs (3) worked well with plenty of channels and also music stations. WIFI speed was great and allowed ease for remote work access. Plenty of power outlets. Unit was extremely quiet inside and provided excellent resting conditions. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. My first Vrbo rental. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The condo was great everything was perfect except they needed a bar in the bathroom to grab in and out of the tub I would recommend this place for a great family vacation the view was beautiful all my family had a great time

Everything in the ad was correct. Never needed to contact the property manager as there were never any issues. Property was clean and ready for our visit and we had no complaints. Pool was nice and it is in a nice location. Hope this helps!

Overall, this place was great! We had a great first 5 days….it was peaceful and the beach was very nice. The condo was clean and we had access to everything we wanted to do in a short drive.
The parking garage, however, is very tricky to navigate and if you do have neighbors (we had some arrive on the 6th and 7th day), they can be heard through the walls depending on how rowdy they are.
Some of the people staying in the building were annoying (loud/rude), but those people didn’t arrive until our last two days also. The pools became very noisy.
Overall, the condo was very nice! It was clean, spacious, stocked with everything that we needed, and gave us an amazing view! We were also so close to everything, which was nice. The ice cream shop and restaurant on the first floor was very convenient!

The actual condo is nice. It was clean, unfortunately everything else not so much. Homeless, camping out on the beach access area. During our stay 2 pools closed down majority of stay. Not enough parking for guest. And lastly, when you can’t sit on your balcony in the evening because you get contact buzz from next door, why pay the price for a waterfront condo and not be able to enjoy it.

The apartment was absolutely clean and equipped with all necessary needs. All appliances worked great and a tiny AC issue was immediately taken care off. Great communication with the owners. The owners immediately helped out with neighbors being noisy, something they obviously have no control over but they take their guests happiness serious.
The building itself, again out of the owners hands, is not very well soundproofed. The pool waters were unfortunately quite dirty but there is great beach/ocean right at the building. It was great! We'll be back.

Very pleased with what we got for the price. Always looking for clean, and although it wasn't fancy, it was definitely clean. No wierd smells. Very accessible to places to eat if you're driving. Scooby's treats thats connected to condo is great too. The pool needed cleaning but thats it. The only negative was picking up the key from the lockbox as it was in a bad area of town, would highly recommend that be moved. Once we got to condo, it was a much better area. Definitely use the beach chair service, best deal when booking multiple days. Pool was a bit crowded for a non-holiday during week. Great condo!

Our family came from GA to relax for a week on the beach and have family time. The beds were so comfortable! The owner was very generous with the pillows too! I loved having 3 very soft and clean pillows to sleep with. The beach is right in front of you. The heated pools are a ++ - For the nightly price - this rental is a good deal!
