A total of 5 adults and 5 children age ranging from 18 months to 13 years old just stayed at this condo. The owner is pushy and almost rude at times during communication. None of the pools are heated. The pools are always full of sand and cloudy. The pools next door are always clean and crystal blue. We stayed august 26-sept 2. Hurricane Idalia rolled through and never heard anything from the owner. The condo it’s self is disgusting. The white furry footstool is almost black. My sons feet were black from walking around the condo bare foot. The couch is so worn down that not only is it hard to get out of it’s uncomfortable to begin with. The bed is hard as a rock. The furniture needs updating. The only thing we liked about this condo was the location, checking in was super easy and the workers at Scooby’s.

The Condo was smaller than photos appear, but it worked well for our family of 6 adults and 4 children 2 and under. Convenient access to everything. Beach was great! Owner provided quality beach chairs and umbrellas. We also rented a 2 chair1 umbrella set so that we had direct front row on the beach.
I like to keep a clean home, would have liked to have a swiffer wet or better mop option.

Some of our favorite plusses: Each family had their own bathroom, huge balcony with plenty of seating, plenty of bath towels, so nice that we had beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler & sand toys. Our grandson was excited to pick which toys he'd bring to the beach each day. Location convenient to much in the area. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for providing us with a great home base for our vacation!

Place was great for our family vacation. So much to do right round the condo. Scooby’s was the best. Condo was really nice, loved all the beach gear. Property itself could be cleaner, but not a deal breaker. We are looking forward to going back back next year.

The unit was very clean, modern an equipped with everything you will need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. We have stayed in other units but we would rate this as an A+++ vacation spot.

This place was beautiful and clean. Very well decorated. Really great views. The floor we were on was not to high and not to low. Big balcony. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. Very spacious! It was only four of us but sleeps up to ten. The owner was very easy to contact. We had no problems at all. This is our new favorite place!! Definitely staying again.!!

This unit was nicely furnished and had a deck overlooking the ocean. My favorite amenity was the fitness center. The property manager, Dennis, was so nice, and responded immediately to my questions via email. The unit keys were mailed to me before my trip which was very convenient.Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Gorgeous beach condo!
What a beautiful condo with a phenomenal view of the ocean!
The condo was clean with light and cheerful decorations. All the appliances worked with no issue. There was convenient parking.
The gym was clean with working equipment.
Kids Loved the pool (both inside and out), hot tub and the lazy indoor river was a huge hit!
There was no strange odors - which is something that I tend to focus on upon entering and have had to deal w in the past at other condos.
The condo sleeps 10. We were very comfortable w 2 families and 4 kids.
Beds were clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets.
Bathrooms were spacious and clean with plenty of towels!
Washer and dryer worked beautifully!
To top it off, the view was spectacular out one of the master bedroom and family living. I could cook and look at the ocean - breath taking!
Very happy w this condo! I would highly recommend it and will certainly go back!

South Myrtle Beach Stay
This condo offered us beautiful accommodations just as listed. It was decorated with beach vibes thru out and provided all the essentials of home. The unit was not as clean as we would have liked and hope this is only due to high volume of units the cleaning staff has to cover otherwise suggest changing cleaning agencies. The dryer took an extremely long time to dry; suggest offering standard bath towels versus the luxury towels to help save on washer /dryer wear and tear plus speed up drying time. Elevators are slow and require patience especially during the dinner rush hours and the check-in times.
Over all we did enjoy our weekly stay and would highly recommend.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!!!
What can I say, but this is one of the best condo's I have had the pleasure of renting. It started with the owner whom was super nice and very easy to work with while booking. I loved not having to check-in at the front desk not to mention the 2 o'clock check in time versus 4. Our week here at this condo was just like being at home. Upon stepping into the condo you know you are at the beach. The decor for this condo is just as it's pictured plus a little extra. Everything was extremely nice and most welcoming. In the past we've always brought along extra kitchen items to use but it wasn't necessary this time. They have a very good variety of items. The bed were like very comfortable, along the plush soft towels ,wash cloths and hand towels. All the reviews that you read about this place are spot on. My family was extremely pleased with our stay at this condo. I would recommend to all my family and friends. Again, this was hands down my favorite of all the condos I've stayed at in Myrtle Beach and Grand Atlantic. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dennis for sharing you property.

An amazing stay and experience!!
This has been by far one of the best stays I’ve ever had in my Myrtle Beach Experiences I’ve had in my Past! I first of all loved the check in process, booking the room was easy and painless. We arrived in the early morning and I felt safe and was pleased with the garaged parking. We liked the ability to have a cart that could carry our luggage to the room! When we got to the room after our long trip I was pleasantly greeted to the beach with the beautiful decor and colors! The furniture is beautiful and beach colored. I definitely felt like I was not at some run of the mill beach hotel! We enjoyed the sunrise from the balcony which had a table, zero-gravity chair, and plenty of other chairs to relax and enjoy balcony time. We closed the room up with the blackout curtains which allowed us to sleep a few hours to take the edge off from the long car ride. When we awoke we opened the black out curtains on both sides from the master bedroom and the family room and WOW what a scene! Through out our time here we enjoyed the full sized kitchen, we made quite a few meals here and were VERY pleased with the amount of kitchen utilizes pots and pans it had everything we needed and more! I love the fact that there was also a Keurig Coffee Machine and plenty of mugs we love coffee and this was a pleasant surprise. Going to the beach was a breeze! You go down the elevator and make a right a left through a gate and enter the pool area which had a huge hot tub, large heated swimming pool with heated lazy river and another outdoor heated pool and two kids play pools with fountains and just lots of fun water stuff! We accessed the beach from the pool section most of the time! (I was pleased with the amount of security cameras they have here too!) the sand was right there clean and soft so welcoming! After fun in the sun we would go back to the rooms where we could enjoy having plenty of bathrooms each bedroom has a full bath attached to them with removable shower heads, a big plus with sand and bathing small kids. Plenty of towels and they were Sooo Soft!! Sleeping here was amazing to us and our guests we brought along. There are two king size bedrooms and one which has two full size beds in it as well. ALL beds were soft and supportive the sheets were soft and comfortable as well! We slept sooo well here! Each room also has ceiling fans which were great as well. We can’t wait to go back and spend more time! We absolutely love this place!!

Clean condo with spectacular ocean views!
We were 5 adults and one toddler staying in unit 706 of Grand Atlantic Resort. The condo is immaculate, the towels and sheets are soft and all white (which I prefer) and a nice quality (thick bath towels!), has a fully stocked kitchen, TVs in the living room and in every bedroom, free WiFi, and an amazing view of the ocean and beach from the balcony. It's nicely decorated and you feel at the beach the moment that you step in. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms made it so that each couple and Grandpa had their own bathroom. The beds are very comfortable (pillow top or memory foam, I think) and the Master bedroom has access to the oceanfront balcony.
There are several pools at the resort, both for children and for adults (indoor and outdoor), a lazy river (which the little one loved), and a hot-tub. A sunbathing grassy area is adjacent to the pools and, of course, there's direct and quick access to the beach!
There's also a sandwich/pizza/ice cream shop and a convenience store on the first floor of the resort.
Restaurants, shopping, and Broadway at the Beach are nearby.
The property manager was quick to respond to my inquiries and easy to work with. This condo offered everything I expected for our vacation and more! We will definitely be back next year and will recommend it to my family and friends!

This is by far the nicest unit we have ever rented! It is in a great location, close to many attractions, the airport, and steps away from the ocean. The unit is spotlessly clean, and has a well-stocked kitchen, with dishes, glasses and pots and pans. There were also beach chairs, beach toys, noodles, flotation devices for the kids, even though we didn’t need them. The 25 foot balcony has lots of furniture to enjoy the beautiful view of the beach. With the master bedroom at the front of the unit, we had the sliding door open at night and loved hearing the ocean waves. The indoor hot tub, baby pool, big pool and lazy river were all heated and very comfortable to swim in on a cool day. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The owners, and Southern Coast Vacations rental management staff, were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Kudos to the owners Patricia and Matthew, for a job well done! We are looking forward to coming back next year.
