Nestled in Myrtle Beach, this charming condo for $380 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This condo is located on the 14th floor and has a king bed in the master bedroom with an amazing ocean view. There are 2 full beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the third bedroom. There is a very large balcony with an unobstructed ocean view. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All of the TV's are LCDs and a DVD player is included in the living room. All beds have new mattresses and are covered with premium allergen/bed bug protective covers. There is a washer/dryer, high chair, and kids pack 'n' play in the unit for your convenience. For those who love coffee, we have included both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The resort's amenities include a beautiful indoor heated swimming pool, 170 foot indoor heated lazy river with rafts, and a large indoor heated kiddie pool with mushroom waterfall. Outside, the resort boasts a 65' outdoor pool and another kiddie pool with mushroom waterfalls. Chaise lounges surround the outdoor pools, and a well-kept lawn area with chaise lounges provides additional space for sunning. The resort also offers a mini mart, restaurant, game room and a fitness center. The Grand Atlantic Resort is located right in the heart of downtown Myrtle Beach. Food and entertainment is within walking distance. The new boardwalk is just a few blocks away as well as Broadway at the Beach and many more attractions. Towels and linens are provided! Property is as listed and had a nice stay. Check in/check out process was seamless. The only suggestion I would have to the property owner is to provide dish soap, as some of the pots/pans pitchers are too large to fit in dish washer. This is noted in contract, however when you are traveling it’s not something you normally would pack. This would add to the convenience and not have to go out and purchase. Something so small makes a big difference.

Our family of 8 (4 adults & 4 kids) had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect. Plenty of room. Lovely upgrades. The kids loved all the amenities. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. Beautiful ocean front view. Location was ideal. We would stay there again any time.

Wonderful place to stay!! Very clean, kitchen well stocked with items you need. All beds very comfortable, halls quiet at night. Convenient to mini mart across the street for anything you may have forgotten. Parking garage easy to get in and out. Will stay there again!!

We absolutely loved this property. The unit had comfortable furniture, was well appointed with everything we needed. The sunrise views in the morning were breathtaking! We will stay here again when we come back to Myrtle Beach! Oh yes, when we couldn't get the TV to work in the living room, the owner was super responsive. Turns out the previous tenant left the living room remote in the bedroom.

Beautiful view and steps from beach; clean yet not walkable to restaurants or activities. Kitchen appliances old; toaster dented; minimal mismatched cups etc. Sheets and comforters uncomfortable and scratchy. This condo needs a bit of tender loving care; and upgrades to look less motel ish. Yet the view and room setup with individual bathrooms as well as large balcony outstanding! Please do some upgrades; as well as add nicer balcony chairs and a table on the balcony. This place will then be all it can be and more.

We had a good time. Not sure 🤔 if we would stay there again. Not walking distance to very much. Condo was ok. Furniture wasn’t very comfy. Remotes for tv’s didn’t work properly. Front door to our condo had peep hole missing and you could see directly into condo from hallway. I didn’t have tape to cover hole so we used a post it note!!

Very beautiful place, perfect location with a beautiful ocean view. We had our big family of 10 staying here ages ranging from 40- infant and there was something for all of us. The grocery store was just a couple blocks away. The amenities were amazing heated indoor pools, outdoor pools, beach access just a few steps away, there’s a restaurant/ice cream parlor connected to the building along with a shop made everyone happy! Check is was quick, customer service was very polite and helpful. We had a short stay this time but will definitely revisit in the near future for a more extended stay.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Wonderful view of the ocean. Plenty of space for everyone. Enough dishes, pots and utensils. Loved the heated pools and lazy river with the first two days being on the cooler side. Would reserve again.

Was very nice and as described. Not anything to tell you the place belonged to a person rather than a company, we flew there and had to make quite a few purchases not even salt and pepper, or cooking oil so kitchen pretty much useless. Beds very firm which I prefer. Pools heated well even the outdoor. Was very nice to take a dip outside in January. Room towels were wonderful and fluffy pool towels hard to come by, glad we took our own.

This was probably one of our best vacations. The rental has everything we needed. The in unit laundry was wonderful traveling with kids, the kitchen was great, and the pools were amazing and virtually empty. Great place!

The property was very nice and comfortable. It had all the amenities anyone would want. The furniture was very comfortable. The views of the ocean were spectacular. The only problem with the trip was it wasn't long enough. I would recemmend this property to everyone.

We were able to take our entire family to Myrtle Beach and stay at this wonderful place! With kids and grandkids it was the best of everything. Right on the beach made it convenient for us to visit the beach every day. We were so close to the restaurants that it made it easy to get any kind of food we wanted. My son-in-law and I were able to play at multiple golf courses just a short distance from our rooms. We are more than please with the cleanliness, the abundance of room and the great view of the water. We are already talking about planning to stay here again next year. I definitely would recommend this place for any family.

Fit our family very well. Condo was furnished well and the host was excellent to work with. The only down fall was the people who did not obey the rules and smoked on their balconies (cigarettes, cigars, and pot). Couldn’t let the kids on the balcony.

Amazing views. Very clean and updated unit. Property manager was super helpful and responsive even assisted with an earlier check in. Would definitely stay again! Building staff even gave us a card to access the pool and beach areas while we waited for our room to be ready!

The location was perfect and the property was clean and perfect for our family. We had an issue with the refrigerator, the owner responded immediately and the issue was resolved. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay. The property owner was prompt and would definitely stay again.
