About this house rental

Situated in Brigantine, this charming house for $275 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our bright and airy 4 bedroom townhouse is few minutes away from the beach. It comfortably sleeps 8 without pull-outs or bunks. There are 4 bedrooms in the house: 1 with king bed and a small desk, 2 rooms with queen beds, 1 room with 2 twin beds. One of the queen bedrooms is downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked. Dining/living room combo has dining table that seats 8+, couch and a Roku TV. Plenty of room for the company to hang out and relax. Backyard is fenced in, there is a gas grill, dining table and chairs and a firepit. To avoid taxes and fees contact me directly at delmardr at yoo. You can walk to the beach (about 15mins) or bay (about 12 mins) or have an easy and short 5-6 minutes drive to the 35th street beach with 'conveniences'. This beach has a permit only parking lot (we provide 2 car permits to you for free), shower and toilet . There is always parking space there. 8 beach tags are included. If you don't like waves and prefer shallow waters, you can walk from the house to the bay or to the inlet.

This property was very and close to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and the outdoor patio was a wonderful place to sit and relax in private.

The house was truly sufficiently stocked with seasonings, etc. it would have been nice to have at least one more TV. Unfortunately there was only one TV in the house.

Rented this gem for my bff's 50th birthday. Talk about wow, this place was clean and fully stocked! Anything you may need was there, and well documented. Maria was friendly and responded quickly to any questions. My group couldn't stop talking about coming back and enjoying the home. Great choice, location, home and host!

The house was clean when we arrived. Bedrooms are nicely furnished. Kitchen is well equipped. Location is just fine, within 5 minutes of everything we ever needed. Great value. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Brigantine in the future.

The house is beautiful and comfortable! My family enjoyed it a lot! It was very clean and organized, she had a lot of things on stock that were very convenient for the trip! Definitely worth salarying here!

This house is very clean, good amount of space, the quietest place I’ve ever stayed at the shore. Beds are comfortable, nice bedding; bathrooms, while small, had everything needed, including new handheld shower heads. Furnishing a bit sparse in living room if you have more than 4 people. But lots of space for your stuff. Nice to have beach tags - Brigantine definitely checks for tags. The door keypad/lock takes a small bit of practice to get the hang of.

Maria was an excellent host. She responded quickly with any questions we had. The house fit 7 of us comfortably and had everything we needed to be comfortable! The beach was a short drive away and we had everything we needed to set up comfortably (chairs, umbrellas, volleyballs etc). We would definitely stay again!

It was close to what we needed, fairly clean, it met our needs, but need to be updated in furnature,cabinets towel racks, showers were nice, washer and dryer were nice, fence in yard,a screen in patio would have been nice, the upstairs vents were not working so made it hot to sleeo,had fans but did not help much.

Excellent location with close proximity to beach, stores, and AC. The house also provides a ton of beach gear(chairs, toys, etc) and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need to cook. Great communication with the owner which made checkin super easy and always made herself available for any questions. Would definitely stay again!

We spent the weekend celebrating my Husband's 50th bday. The house was lovely perfect for our party of 4. Super clean and homey. There was even wood in the fire pit if we wanted to have some time around the fire. Would definitely recommend and would rent from Maria again in the future.

The house is spacious and decent for a group of friends or family. Convenient to stores and close enough to Atlantic City. The house had a few issues with a door coming off the hinge in one of the closets and a towel rack kept falling off the wall in the bathroom. The master room shower head kept leaking over the door onto the floor making the floor wet anytime we showered. All easy fixes but no one wants that on their stay away from home. Out side of that again it’s spacious for a large group and the area is nice and quiet.

Great set up for large families. All the adults had there own bedrooms. It was very well stocked with all the essentials and the beach chairs/toys/umbrellas made it easy to enjoy the beach without packing all of those things.

Our family stayed in the property for 3 nights for the Thanksgiving Holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessary items for cooking (pots, pans, dishes, dishes etc). 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, joint Livingroom/dining area, parking, washer & dryer and the entire house was super clean. The host was the best and very detailed with instructions for check in, check out, house rules etc. The house waa open and spacious! I would recommend staying at this property for family and friends during any season!

Place was very clean and in a great location. Large living room and plenty of places to park. Two and half bathrooms was very nice. Grill needs to be repaired or replaced, but besides that all of us enjoyed our stay.
