About this house rental
Located in Brigantine, this charming house for $293 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The recently remodeled townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bath and can sleep up to 11 people (using a pull out sofa bed in bonus room and a futon in the living room). It has an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room space. There is a small loft bedroom with a private half-bathroom. The house is a short drive from stores, restaurants, and other shore points and only a short 10 minute drive from Atlantic City. Short walk to the beach.Beach chairs, 6 beach tags, toys and umbrellas provided. Outside shower.Two decks. Off street parking. Kitchen utensils supplied. Central air. Flat screen TV in living room and in each bedroom.

I loved the house, layout and location. The cleaning service neglects air units which I think the filters should be dusted or vacuumed due to airborne respiratory concerns. The linen service was great. I also appreciated the owners prompt servicing of the dryer.

Great location to the beach. About a 6/10 of a mile walk to a beautiful, expansive and quiet beach. House is a great size for families.

The house was perfectly as described. Our group stayed over memorial day weekend. Parking was plentiful and beach access was easy! Would definitely stay again.

The house was clean, spacious (enough for 2 families with kids), in a nice neighborhood and close to the beach. some walk to (very beautiful and secluded) beach is needed. We had a great time. Highly recommended!

The house was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Very clean and well kept. The walk to the beach is pretty far with young kids so we ended up getting a permit to drive onto the beach (4WD only) which was amazing and we highly recommend! Tons of umbrellas, canopies, beach chairs and beach toys. We enjoyed our stay!

Delightful location
Brigantine is a family oriented location. The rental is near the beach, though it is a walk to the water. Our family loved the house, especially the “loft” with twin beds. The house has almost everything one might want or need.

Great house, owner is out of touch with reality, maybe a few generations behind. Hates cleaning sheets and only communicates through the app texts, which is minimally helpful.

Perfect vacation experience
Once again our stay was fantastic. It’s a beautiful home and Sandra couldn’t be more accommodating. This was our second year staying here, and we are already looking forward to staying here again next year. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else for now on. Thanks Sandra for another wonderful vacation experience for me and my entire family.

Great house
The house was perfect for our family. The layout was great. Bedrooms were on the first floor. Living space was on second floor. The boys loved the spiral staircase to the bedroom on the third floor. The outside was a great additional space. Definitely would stay again

Perfect getaway
This property was easy to book and the communication was great. The property is large, clean, and had good natural light. Everything you could need for the beach was available in the garage, there was more than even listed. Other than beach towels, you don’t need to pack anything extra. This property is tucked away in a neighborhood so it’s a little further from some things, but a good walk, or super easy drive. The beach is also a good walk, but we didn’t mind it at all. It’s just a little further than the other end of the island. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay here again.

So happy we found this beach house to make memories in. Very spacious to have your own space and privacy but great living space to come together for board games, movies and family meals. Close to the beach and all of our favorite in town spots (you have to hit Aunt B’s if you are in Brigantine). We didn’t run into many concerns but the few we had were immediately addressed by the host. We will definitely be back :)

A group of close friends & I took our first vacation together & we had the best time! This shore house is absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space to spread out & the space was BEAUTIFUL. It felt like our home away from home. Between the beautiful decks & outside space, fancy spiral staircases (my personal favorite), outstanding kitchen & living area, cozy bedrooms, quick walk to the beach (about 10 min), & efficient communication from the owners, this was the perfect summer vacation. Highly recommend!!! Would definitely rent from this property again. :-)

Awesome place to stay for vacation
Staying here was one of the best vacations my family has ever had. The house is so spacious and it had everything we needed. A short walk to the beach and it’s so close to many stores. Sandra was awesome to work with and you will not regret staying here. 5 stars all the way.

Family vacation in our favorite beach town
So happy we found this beach house to make memories in. Very spacious to have your own space and privacy but great living space to come together for board games, movies and family meals. Close to the beach and all of our favorite in town spots (you have to hit Aunt B’s if you are in Brigantine). A group of close friends & I took our first vacation together & we had the best time! This shore house is absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space to spread out & the space was BEAUTIFUL. It felt like our home away from home. We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for the whole family (8). It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Sandra was very cooperative and easy to communicate with. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this family beach house. The house itself was roomy and filled with all the needed amenities. The walk to the beach was a bit long, but very scenic. Having a wagon or other way to help the kids along made for a great walk to and from each day.
