Situated in Brigantine, this lovely house for $253 per night is a great option for your next trip. Come spend the summer in this immaculately maintained 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath 1,338 sq ft WATERFRONT home with views of the St. George's thoroughfare and the AC skyline. Upside down living in a prime location with breathtaking sunset views from your private large decks off the open BRAND NEW AS OF 2021 kitchen, spacious dining room upstairs and the master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms downstairs. Short walk to the cove/drive on beach. Minutes from the Brigantine beach and Laguna Beach Bar and Grill. Atlantic city and all it's nightlife/entertainment/shopping is just minutes away or walk to the only 24hr bar around, St. George's Pub on the island. Bring your kayak/paddle board or jet ski and you can launch just steps away from the front door to cruise around the open bay while the family sits on the deck watching you. Beautifully maintained hardwood floors throughout upstairs and Tile floor downstairs. Utilities included. Central air, Ceiling fans in all rooms, TVs in the master and 2nd bedroom. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator. Motorized awning off upstairs deck to keep you cool while outside. PLEASE MESSAGE ME IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC DATES IN MIND THAT ARE NOT SHOWING AVAILABLE AS WE ARE FLEXIBLE WITH 3 and 4 nights and also checking in certain days of the week. If we can accommodate we will! Please leave house the way it was when you came into it. We are new to homeaway but have plenty of references if you would like to speak to us or them. My wife and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at this location. We've been coming to Brigantine for the past 35 years, and we had a great time. The upper and lower decks have great views of the bay/ocean. And we loved the layout, how the kitchen flows into the living room (making for a large living area). We will stay here again.

We had a fantastic week in this fabulous townhouse! It was our first time staying on the Southend & it won’t be our last. The views from the spacious deck were so enjoyable. Water views, AC skyline & breathtaking sunsets every day! The townhouse was newly renovated & very clean. We loved the reversed layout. It makes so much sense to have the living areas upstairs to take advantage of the spectacular views. This place had everything from a loaded kitchen to baby items. Jackie was quick to answer when we had questions & was very sweet. We enjoyed every minute of our stay & are definitely renting this gem again!

Brigantine Gem
We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Brigantine. The house is beautifully done, with all the amenities, and was very clean. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We had such a great experience at Jackie's place! The views are awesome...you'll see so much wildlife and such amazing views from the decks. Kitchen is thoughtfully stocked. Awesome living spaces. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Attention to detail and cleanliness were amazing. Highly recommended. Best of both worlds...quiet street, close to great beaches, but also super close to AC.

Amazing Views and Great Host!

The entire process was super easy and Jaclyn made herself available for any questions we had. She even let us add on 2 extra days because we had terrible weather, all I had to do was reach out to her. The home is in a great location it is nice and quiet and we are definitely going to be booking with her again as we are hoping to make this trip a yearly thing!

We had a wonderful time- house is comfortable and clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Lay out perfect for games, fellowship relaxing.
Spent much of our long weekend on the deck enjoying gorgeous views.

A perfect fall weekend getaway
The pictures simply do not do this property justice! This townhome with a beautiful bay view is spacious and nicely decorated with a real homey feel. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the upstairs deck at all hours of the day but mostly in early evening to watch the beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood, though densely populated like most areas of the island, is quiet and serene.
The owner, Jackie, was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to questions. We hope to come back for another stay in the future.

Perfect for our family
We rent a house for a week every summer at a New Jersey beach and decided to try Brigantine this year. We absolutey loved this location! It was minutes from Atlantic City and the quiet/clean beaches in Brigantine. Grocery stores, gas, etc is a less than 5 minute drive from the property. We also walked to George's Pub one night for a fun game of trivia. The house is clean and very nicely decorated. We loved the water view and view of Atlantic City. We will definitely go back to Brigantine and think we found our new house to rent yearly! Also, thanks Jaclyn for your quick responses to any questions we had. We truly enjoyed your house!
