About this condo rental
Nestled in Moab, this lovely condo for $360 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. You can enjoy the peacefulness of Moab yet only be a couple of blocks from downtown. A 5-10 minute walk is all it takes to get to the heart of downtown Moab, so leave your car parked and walk into town or use one of our 5 bicycles to get around town! This twinhome in the Cottonwood Condominiums was completed in the summer of 2008 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room has a 46” LCD high definition TV with expanded cable and a DVD player. Alternatively, curl up with a book in front of the fireplace. The dining area has a large table that easily seats 8 adults. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 40" LCD TV. There is a spacious walk-in closet and large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space for storage. The 3rd bedroom contains a twin bed over a full bed bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed as well. It will sleep 4 people if needed. The living room contains a queen-size sofa bed. High speed Internet access is available and there is a desktop computer available for you to use or you may connect your own computer to the secured WiFi network we have. The place was well, done, high quality that worked great for grandparents, parents and two grandchildren in bunks. Nice back yard space with hot tub for relaxing with view of mountains. Common area pool worked well too. Wonderful visit

Perfect location. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. House had the comforts of home, and a lot of space to spread out. A group of us stayed after doing a 7 day bikepacking trip. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in Moab and would definitely stay here again!

The house was not really clean. We found a dirty sock under the ottoman and a dried up deodorant behind the bedside table. The sponge on the sink was used and there was only one bath towel in the main bathroom that three people were using. The house is in a good location to downtown and the kitchen was fully stocked including bags of coffee.

The house accommodated our family well and was very comfortable and spacious for our time in between Moab area adventures. Would certainly stay here again.

We wanted an affordable location within walking distance to downtown. This location was perfect. We rented bikes from the Double Down Bike Shop which was literally 1/2 block from our stay making pickup and drop off easy. Amazing restaurants were just another 1/2 block away. Great location for all your needs.

Awesome location off downtown, but close enough to walk to food truck park and downtown and short drive to Arches. Roomy, open dining, living, and kitchen area, just plenty of space. Easily accommodates 6 people. Well equipped kitchen, great grill and spa. Could not hear anything from unit next door. Communication with host was prompt, easy check in and check out. Hope to return.

My wife and I met our two adult children in Moab for a few days of hiking together. This house was a wonderful place to stay with plenty of space for everyone and a well-stocked kitchen for our evening meals. It was extremely comfortable and everything worked perfectly.

We stayed during a family trip to Arches National Park. The home was very nicely decorated, roomy and very comfortable. The location was great...just a couple blocks off of main street and just a few minutes from the Arches entrance. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again if/when we make it back to Moab.

Great location, close to Arches National Park, about 40 min from Canyonlands. Close to everything in town of Moab. House is spacious. Hosts are quick to communicate. We had a slight issue with the house not being quite ready when we arrived, but Chad was quick to communicate about resolving the issue.

We loved this place! The indoor pool was perfect for a quick dip after a day exploring Canyonlands and Arches NPs. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

This property is in a primo location. It was awesome being able to walk downtown for dinners! And very easy access to the highway to get to all of the fantastic parks nearby. Our family of four had plenty of space, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Half of our group ended up not being able to make it, but we would have still been comfortable. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay in Moab! The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants and central to amazing trails for mountain biking. The home is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well provisioned for preparing our Thanksgiving feast! The only issue was the hot tub needed some attention when we arrived. Our hosts were very responsive and had someone out to do maintenance the following day. Thank you for your hospitality!

The condo so comfortable from the beds to the living room furniture.
We had everything we could want. The grandkids loved the indoor pool and we all liked our evenings in the hot tub. We only wish we had a longer stay. Our son, (50) loved reconnecting with his childhood Atari. We hope to return…thanks!

Hot tub was fantastic, kids loved the bunch bed, even enjoyed some family bike riding. A great place for our family to tuck away after days of exploring.

The unit was very clean and is well appointed and very comfortable. The location is perfect—walking distance to the center of town and a short driving distance to the Moab Music Festival venues. Check-in was seamless and the owners responded promptly and thoroughly to all of my questions, We shall return to Moab and look forward to staying in the unit again.
