Four cozy bedrooms, three with direct access to the charming farmer’s porch, provide serene spots for morning coffee or quiet reflection. The lower level also features:
A welcoming TV area, work area and reading nook.
Two spacious full bathrooms. Both with double sinks, one tub and shower and one huge walk in shower.
A generously sized laundry room for added convenience.

Step upstairs into a sun-drenched open living space designed for togetherness. Highlights include:

Penny’s house was perfect for our family’s week on Nantucket. Clean, spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The house was well stocked with everything you might need for a beach vacation- chairs, umbrella, towels, bikes, etc. The views from the back deck are truly magical. If you are looking for a serene getaway on Nantucket, look no further. 10/10!

It was simply perfect! The listing doesn't do justice to the view of the sunset (and later in evening the stars!!!) outside the huge opening in the living room through sliding glass doors. We've been going to Nantucket for 35 years and have rented 7 houses in that time. This was one of our favorites! Very special.

Papanannas is a special place - we loved having our girls trip there. Check in was easy and Penny was super communicative. Definitely stay here!

Wonderful winter escape for us. Lots of room indoors and lots of room outdoors for our two families with 3 kids ages 4 and 5. Kitchen well stocked for us as we had all our meals at home due to corona. Would come back again.
