In the second bedroom, your guests will enjoy a queen bed and beautifully appointed decor. The third room has two sets of comfy twin-over-full bunk beds, making the room perfect for your younger vacationers to share. The ground level entertainment area has plenty of seating and a five-burner gas grill for cooking out. With access to a private washer/dryer, you'll be able to take care of laundry in no time. Less than two blocks from the beach and a mile-and-a-half from dining, shopping, and nightlife at Seawall District of Galveston. Family-friendly attractions such as Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn, and Moody Gardens are only minutes away with a short drive into town. Book today! Beach Amenities: Wagon, 10’ X 10’ canopy, foldable beach chairs, sand toys, beach umbrella, boogie boards, ice chest, river run tubes, electronic air pump, and more. Home includes outdoor shower with hot & cold water. Water Access: There is a public beach access in this resort community, you can get there by walking in three minutes or there is parking near the dune walk-overs. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This gated community does not tolerate large gatherings or events of any kind in-unit or on the beach. Any violators of this policy will be evicted from the premises immediately and no refunds will be provided. *Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a friendly reminder rather than risking a noise complaint from a neighbor. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This property was absolutely perfect, from the location, to the outdoor space, to the interior. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you may need, cleanliness of the entire house was immaculate. The open floor plan was perfect for gathering and the furnishings throughout were gorgeous. I highly recommend this property to to anyone visiting Galveston, you will be highly impressed!

You really need some throw blankets and towels that don't feel like sandpaper. Overall the place was clean and had everything we needed.

Our family took a vacation to Galveston in October. We used to live there and knew this was a great month to go, and we had a blast. The house is in a great location, close to the entry and extra parking, short walk to the beach, and well furnished. The only complaints we had were little things which could easily be remedied. There were 8 of us, 2 babies and 6 adults, and there was one roll of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and two kitchen towels. We created a great deal of trash cooking so often and there were only 3 trash bags as well. Luckily, Walmart is close by but with such a wonderful house they really need to fix this. It would have been perfect had we not had to make trips to the store! If you have difficulty with stairs, don’t stay here, there are a lot! We did fine but carrying babies got difficult. If you go, this place is wonderful and we would stay again, but know the chat is difficult to get in touch with and there were a few cleaning things that grossed us out. Otherwise, if your family is beach loving, this is the spot for you. BUT take paper goods and utensils l, I think there were 4 spoons. You’ll also need wash powder and dishwasher detergent!

We loved the location of the home, it was a very quick walk to the beach. All the sand toys, chairs, wagon and pop up tent made the beach easy and fun. The house was very clean and comfortable. A previous poster mentioned the grill was not in good order, it seems to have been replaced and a nice gas grill is available.
Our 3 generations of family members all had a wonderful time.
Some tips for future bookers:
Bring extra trash bags. You must bag all trash but they only offered 3 bags for a 4 day trip
Bring your own beach towels
Bring extra paper towels. Only one roll provided.
Bring a few extra dish towels if you are going to cook. They only provided 2.

Everything was just like the pictures. Get stay. Only thing is wish there were more towels and some throw blankets for watching TV. May also want to wash the comforters on the bed, they were a little stained.

Property is just as it appears in pics. Extremely well appointed and clean. We appreciated there were boogie boards and floats and a wagon to haul it to the beach. Nothing required for check out ( just take out the trash and set the thermostat)- always nice w a rental. The pictures I am assuming were taken by the owner were especially nice. It backs up against the main island road but no issues with noise. (The dishwasher didn’t seem to clean well so we ran the loads twice. )

House was clean and had a great backyard where kids played. The community was great too and had ample green spaces to play. The access to beach was easy. Would definitely return!

I was happily pleased with location and ambiance inside the property. Cleanliness of the home was superb.
Kitchen supplies very accommodating and nice appliances. The neighborhood is very pleasant and serene. The imposing bright interior colors, delivered relaxation. Unfavorably, the mattresses in all rooms were insanely UNCOMFORTABLE.
Communication with this property management was a total failure, full of canned responses. In attempts to grill food, the equipment was unpleasanly nasty, needs to be replaced. Tvs in secondary bedrooms would be a nice consideration.
If those few items improve, I would give this property max stars.

We rented the house over Memorial day weekend with our two small children. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need. The garage was stocked with beach toys, a wagon, tent and chairs but the tent was broken and the chairs were either broken or so rusted they wouldn't open. We found this out after hauling them all to the beach with our kids. We spent half the day hauling stuff back and forth and buying new chairs and a tent.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, super clean, and spacious. Everything we needed and wanted was provided. The kitchen had it all: top notch appliances, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, serving dishes. Loved the spa feel of the master bath and the tasteful nautical decor. The proximity to the beach was great, only a couple of blocks away. Looking forward to booking this property again.
