About this house rental
We want to invite you into our Beach House Toes in the Sand at 22430 Kennedy, Galveston, 77554.
You will just love our Galveston Beachfront property that is located in the Sea Isle community. If you visit Galveston feel free to ask us for the address so you can drive by to take a look. Toes in the Sand has 3 large bedrooms, and loft with a trundle bed. Enough room for you and several of your friends and relatives. Our home will sleep up to 8 in beds. Hurricane windows give you an awesome view of the beach from almost every room. All the beds are made with fresh linens prior to your arrival. We look forward to your business. We also have a propane grill under the house but beware if the wind is blowing hard you will need to cook inside. Just one of those things from a front row house. Note we do have a ring doorbell with camera and audio next to the entrance door for outside security that is on 24 hours a day.
DURING THE SUMMER WE ONLY RENT 6 OR 7 DAYS STAY.
Our add says that it is less than a 15 minute walk to the beach which is automatically added by VRBO. In fact we are a zero minutes walk as the house is directly on the beach!

If you want a relaxing peaceful quiet direct ocean/beach view this place is for you. We come to Galveston several times a year and always… always stay off the beaten path. The beach house was perfect, clean, all the basic amenities we needed and did I mention ocean / beach front! Just listening to the waves crashing on the beach from the deck was just so relaxing. The perfect getaway. Communication was superior, super easy check in. We so recommend and will be back again.

The property was well stocked. Lots of utensils, pots and pans, paper towels, and dishes in the kitchen. Also lots of spices even ground coffee. There was plenty seating at the tables and the sofa for our large group. And of course the VIEW - right on the beach!

Overall our stay by the Beach was great. The house needed more cleaning and and it was recently Fumigated. There was dead ants in the dining area which we did not use. We notified the owner about that........
