Bedroom #1 has one set of twin bunks and a double bed. Leaving bedroom #1 through a separate door you enter into a second living room with a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table, 50" wall-mounted TV, full bath, a small loft with an egress window, and double bed platform mattress on the floor. This area also makes for a great game room for the kids and get away 🎮 🎧 Its like a separate one-bedroom lockout apartment with a private outside entrance and porch. All amenities.
