About this house rental
3,200 hundred square feet of comfort and beauty. This is a well furnished 3 bedroom home with a sitting room, breakfast room and gas fireplace. There are games, puzzles, books. Our home is designed for mature couples.
The back yard overlooks the golf course, Pine View Mountain and the red hills. Outdoor features include a built in barbecue, gas fire-pit, putting green, private spa and beautiful private swimming pool. There is a large covered area off the back of the house with chairs for visiting, lounge chairs by the pool, an outdoor table and more chairs by the gas fire-pit. The pool is maintained weekly and stays in pristine condition with pool toys located in the deck box by the pool. Spa is available year round at no extra charge, with a cut off of 38 Fahrenheit outside temperature at which point the freeze protection will over-ride. There is a charge if you desire the pool to be heated. In the summer the pool maintains and average temperature of 80 Fahrenheit on its own.
There is plenty to do all the time and then rest in the scenic backyard with a private pool and hot tub. This property is located 30 minutes from Zions Park and even closer to Sand Hollow Resort, Quail Creek Park, Snow Canyon, Turtle Preserve, Tuacahn Amphitheater, Johnson's Dinosaur Museum, Rosenbruch Wildlife Museum, Fiesta Fun Center, The Church of Jesus Christ historical sites and many golf courses.
This property is nestled in beautiful Coral Canyon surrounded by walking/biking trails. In just 15 minutes you can be in the heart of St. George where there are numerous restaurants and places to shop. Day trips can be made to Bryce National Park and the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Arches National Park is just 4 1/2 hours away.
No pets or smoking allowed at home.

This stay may have spoiled us for any other VRBO stay. The home is comfortable, well appointed, and tastefully decorated. Teresa and Mitch were very easy to communicate with and took care of any issues immediately. The home is located in a wonderful neighborhood and is well situated to get around easily. We would definitely recommend staying here - just not when we want to!
