This was a nice home situated in a corner so very private. Distance to fast water takes anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes. Host was very accommodating would definitely stay again.

This is a great home if you’re looking for easy boating access to Discovery Bay. Yen allowed me to keep my boat on his dock for the weekend which allowed us to fully utilize our time there which was mainly out on the water. House was clean and comfortable.

We rented this spot for a month ( and that was not long enough). I spent the entire month there - I work locally and just commuted daily. I wanted to see what it would be like if we lived there, and wanted to take the boat or jet ski out after work. The house is a cozy 3 bed 2 bath, that gave us everything we needed. The deck is spacious and the dock was awesome. If you like being on the water you will love this place. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had. I'm pretty sure I shed a tear when I left.

The home is clean and has a great open living area leading to the spacious deck. Of course, the view is beautiful. I wish the paddle boards were included as that would be icing on the cake. Overall, this is the place I would stay if our family of 4 wanted to visit discovery bay again.

When we first arrived to the house we noticed that the house was in very good working condition and had all the things that made our stay very pleasant such as washing machine and dryer, towels, soap, and entertainment things. Yen really knows how to upkeep a rental property as kayaks and canoes made the experience so much more enjoyable. I would really recommend the home and I'm looking forward to renting in the future!

We very much enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and nicely updated throughout the house. It's a great getaway spot with a large deck, spacious rooms and living area and great amenities. I would highly recommend staying here.

I rented the house for a two-day birthday party. A friend of mine brought a boat up, and was able to dock it at the house. That was awesome! The owners were very responsive to our questions, and the house was specious enough for my friends to relax. Bonus = karaoke!

We enjoyed staying at this Discovery Bay, the house was clean, plenty of room for all and really enjoyed the large deck on the water and the ability to bring our boat. Great neighborhood to take walks.
