We didn’t get to stay, no one was there the check us in after 40-50 minutes waiting

When we got there to check in, there was no one there at the front desk to check us in. After waiting 40-50 minutes no one still was there to check us in. The curb appeal was trash, random people was just walking around, the kitchen area had paper towels all over the floor. We ended up leaving. It looks like a place where people live and not a hotel. I will never go there again. It was horrible

Wouldn't stay there again. The hotel is run down

The room was still some what dirty when we checked in. The floor didn't look like it was swept or mopped. The sheets had stains on them. There was no shower curtin in the bathroom. When we went to ask them for one, they said there isn't any. That was weird. The tub had hair in there and on the walls. The exhaust fan cover was hanging by a wire. Most of the workers seem like they don't even wanna be there. Over all the whole hotel looks and was just run down.

I have stayed there before and it was nothing like it was this stay. It was terrible the maids left dirty laundry outsid

Where it was located

The halls had a bad smell to it. The carpet was bad. I changed rooms three times. The first room 326 was nasty the beds were made up with tissue and hair all in the beds. And the smell was like the carpet was wet. So they moved me to another room 320 it wasn’t better stay the first night in it. The next morning the ceiling going into the bathroom was leaking. So once again we was moved to the second floor 220. That room was much better and smelled mush better but the carpet was nasty.

Should have been great, but was lousy.

I was there for an early flight from the Baton rouge Airport. there was no shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. I walked for 30 minutes with two heavy bags and a back pack the short distance from the hotel. the WIFI was not functioning. I had work to do. It didn't happen. The staff did the best they could do. It is upon the owners and management to correct these deficiencies. this should have been a great stay, but the lack of care by the owners and management shows.

The stay was ok, it's been a month now and i have not received my deposit.

It was stained carpet on the first room, they put us into another room and it had hair in the bed,the staff did take care of the problem

My room was never cleaned, i didn't know we had to ask for the room to be cleaned one of the employees was arguing very loud at the front desk we could hear her from our room

I pray I don't have to come back. Weather caused our pipes to burst, breaker box cause fire

The front had a couple of problems but they tried after I expressed my concerns of the staff coming 8nto my room and staff interrupting my special needs family member. So I will say they tried to correct the problem.

Very upset that staff approached my teenage and was very rude to them stating my son was causing a noise disturbance, and when he tried to tell her she over talked him got loader it's a problem due to chain of command. Management was alerted and I pray they address the issue. I was really disappointed because a person who doesn't know my children would think the had the nerve to verbally discipline a child that isn't a child of their own.

The hotel needed a little tender loving care!

Customer service was helpful . The breakfast was good.

It took too long to get my deposit back. The room didn’t have a cover on smoke detector. The wires were exposed. Bathroom room needed touch up grout and living area needed painting. The bath towels had black stuff on white towels. The curtain were not the right kind for first floor room.

Employees were nice but the cleaning crew needs to be updated or re trained.

Property was quiet , sits away from the road, and rooms were ok.

Towels were not fully cleaned. Carpet looked like it was half cleaned. Tub/shower didn't look clean at all had to clean it myself. Shower curtain was way shorter than the length of the shower so when taking a shower water gets all over the floor. Towels in room were not fully cleaned and I was told there were no more towels to give but it didn't seem to even have that many people in the hotel to not have clean towels.

Mz. Sarah the breakfast bar attendant was so sweet.

I didn’t . It was a lie about the sofa bed being in the room.

My room didn’t have a toilet tissue holder, it was less towels in the room, the towels smelled like furniture polish, hair was on the wall didn’t see it until the next day, and it was black stuff all on the air conditioner. The bed was moving almost by the air conditioner I had to keep pushing it back.

This was a scary place to stay and it was filthy.

The location was close to where I needed to be.

It was filthy. It also smelled bad. The air conditioner had turned the curtain black. The refrigerator had leaked and the carpet was wet. The toilet was cracked. There were crumbs on the chairs. The hallway lights were dim and it was dark. I wanted to transfer to a different comfort inn when I saw what it looked like, but I was told I couldn’t because i booked through booking.com. I thought about sleeping in my car, but I decided to lay my clothes out on the bed and I slept on top of them.

No sheets for the pull out bed, only 2 towels for 4 adults for 1 1/2 days, most staff was rude and cursed at me for questioning double charged for room, pool was nasty, green, and disgusting!

Lock myself out room and the wouldn't give me another key cause the room was in my husband name and he was at work. They unlock the door and never locked it back. I was in my room all night n day with a unlock door. Then they couldn't lock it back cause the night clerk took the key home.

Great Location

The hotel need remodeling. Clean sheets the first room had a odor and yellow and black stains on the sheets. Moved to a different room on the same floor and the room was alright but the a/c wasn’t working that good.
