The house was great for my mobility challenged mom because it was all on one floor including the pool - no stairs! The kitchen is updated and well stocked. The rest of the home is very spacious and well-loved providing a glimpse back in time. It had everything we needed and was in a great location with nice views. It worked well as our home base to venture out from to the north shore beaches during the day and to the restaurants in Cruz Bay for dinners in the evenings. Air conditioning worked well in all of the bedrooms - no AC in the kitchen and living room but the large screened in windows and fans made it comfortable enough. The house had cats that we fed daily and a family of chickens. We also had a visit from the donkeys one day! And finally, we got unexpectedly delayed and had to stay on the island for several more days and the rental company was so easy to work with and found us a place to stay at a reasonable price. We would stay at this home again!

We had a wonderful week staying at the tennis villa. The property is extremely spacious. The propery has everything you could need. The pool is wonderful and the views are stunning. We highly recommend the villa. There were a few things that were showing thirty air but mainly little nik picking, but the management was very responsive to any questions is problems we had. details. thirsty she but overall

We had an outstanding time in St John and loved staying at the tennis villa. Property managers were extremely helpful and responsive. Very warm and welcoming to us the entire week. The place was perfect for two families of 4 with two teenagers each. Beaches are magical. We particularly loved trunk bay at sunset. We would come back to tennis villa

Villa is a great location. Villa itself is nice. But it was in deep need of a deep cleaning. The dryer died. Dust on most fixtures and appliances. Hot water didn’t last long. Could’ve been cleaner. Decor was very dated. Communication with the manager was good. Pool was kept clean.
