Summary: OCEAN BEACH POOL VIEW This gorgeous condo, situated directly on South Beach with an incredible view overlooking the beautiful ocean waters can be your next deluxe vacation. The beach is steps away and our neighbors to the immediate south include the W and Setai. Sharing all pools and amenities with the brand new 1Hotel, the property has 3 pools, 5 restaurants and direct access to the beach. The Space: This is 1 bedroom apartment (700 sq. ft.) has unobstructed, breathtaking ocean views, a large fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, tile floors, Stereo with iPod dock, TV & DVD player, closet, and modern furnishings. Guest Access: All registered guests will have full access to the property including the new Beach Club, 9 restaurants and bars, 3 pools, hot tub, beach access, complementary chairs and towels at the pools. At the beach, there is a discounted rate for chair rentals, towels are complementary. For rentals of 30 days or more, the building requires an application to be completed with their 3rd party provider Tenant Evaluation. This online application is simple and straightforward and should not take more than 10 minutes to complete. The company states that it can take up to 2 weeks for them to process the application and there is a fee of $100. Express processing is available for an additional $45. This application must be completed and approved by the office prior to your arrival. The Neighborhood: A few blocks from the famous Delano, and Ocean Drive, you get all the same luxury. The Roney is close walking distance to shopping, dining, Lincoln Road (outdoor mall with hundreds of shops and restaurants) and all the hot new clubs. Imagine basking in the sun on world famous South Beach complete with chairs and umbrellas, three oceanfront pools, jacuzzi and a 2 pool bars for your enjoyment. There are 2 other pools, hot tub, 7 restaurants and bars, and 450 ft of oceanfront with elevated pool decks offering spectacular ocean views that you will have full access to and access to the beach will not be impeded. While I am sorry to have to share this news with you, our property is still the best in South Beach with so much to offer even with only two pools instead of three. Condo was roomy, well-appointed (the bed was great!), and with an ocean view. Location is perfect for walking the coastal trail, going to the beach, and accessing South Beach deco area and restaurants. Our one concern was with pool area construction at the building: every morning at 8am the noise began and continued all day. We would rent this unit again, but only after construction was finished.

Great location and shared hotel amenities were 1st class. A quiet unit overlooking a shared pool that was undergoing a major renovation during our stay. Nice view of the ocean, but no balcony to really appreciate it.

I had a wonderful stay with my family in this beautiful property. The apartment was perfect for my family of four. The ever present ocean view constantly reminded us that we were in paradise. The amenities at The Roney / One Hotel were first class. We had all the advantages of a VRBO (fully outfitted apartment), coupled with the luxury of a great hotel. The location is the best — walkable both to South Beach and Mid-Beach. Hopefully, we will be back next year!

A wonderful experience at the Roney. The location is perfect...so close to everything and you couldn't ask for a nicer condo...the beach and pool are just steps away and from the moment we walked into the unit, it felt like home...so much nicer than staying in a hotel! The unit is clean, comfortable and well maintained...I hope it will be available for a future trip to Miami. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

As a hard working individual, I truly appreciate a great vacation and that it was. From the hosts to the lovely amenities of the One Hotel and the overall location, and quiet condo, you can't go wrong. Everything was arranged as expected and the entire week was delightful. Everything was great during our stay at the Roney! Condo was very comfortable and clean, and the amenities and location can't be beat! There are 3 pools plus the roof top, several restaurants right in the hotel attached to the building, and it's within walking distance to Lincoln and Ocean Drive! We would love to return and stay in this fabulous condo again! Thank you so much!

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying in the condo for New Years. We had just returned from a 17 day cruise and decided to stay for a few extra days. The location was great, right on the beach. There is a great view of the ocean and the sunrise. The kitchen is well equipped, we ate most of our meals in. The cable car bus (free) stops right outside the door, so no need for a car. It is also walking distance to the famous art deco district and we spent a wonderful afternoon exploring that area. We spent a fair amount of time at the pool. Towels are provided, but you need to sign for them and return them when done or you get charged. The pool staff and security are all very friendly. We would recommend and stay again if in the area. The owner replied promptly to any enquiries we had.

Appartement très bien agencé avec superbe cuisine très bien équipée avec grand réfrigérateur congélateur, distributeur d'eau et de glaçons, four, four micro-onde et grande plaque de cuisson et belle table à manger. Il y a aussi un coin salon très sympa avec canapé d'anglé. Jolie salle de bain avec 2 vasques et baignoire. Une chambre avec un très grand lit et grande télé écran plat. Machine à laver et à sécher à disposition sur le même palier. Appartement très bien situé car juste en face d'un supermarché ouvert 24/24 et très proche des restaurants et divers magasins. Pour ceux qui aiment sortir, plusieurs clubs et boîtes de nuit à quelques minutes à pied. De plus, le propriétaire à été très sympathique et très avenant. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

My husband and I had a great stay in the condo. Everything was as pictured and described. The owners have thought about everything when designing the apartment, the kitchen was super functional and stocked with all the essential cookware. The location is perfect, walking distance to lots of great restaurants and nightlife, right on the ocean with pool service and beach at your footsteps. The building has all the useful amenities, valet parking, laundry room on each floor, and of course the pools and restaurants from the hotel are a huge plus. Highly recommend this apartment and looking forward to return next time in Miami.
