The 3 bed, 3 bath unit is fully equipped with top of the line furnishings & has a 45 ft view of Ocean Drive, the beach and ocean. The apartment has an amazing 2000 plus square feet of living space. Enjoy the Great Room with windows showcasing views of Lummus Park, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean and other beautiful Art Deco architecture on Ocean Drive. Luxury living includes 4 LARGE flat-screen TV's with cable, 3 large bedrooms--2 king size beds, 1 queen, 3 full bathrooms, bar & office areas, sofa, huge dining room table with seating for 10, fully stocked kitchen with utensils and condiments. This property was wonderful! 5 star reviews proved to be accurate! Great location, spacious property, walk right out to the beach and the heart of ocean drive. What a neat experience! We stayed in January and had our 21, 18, 13, and 9 year olds with us and each one throughly enjoyed this trip. It really was a neat experience for all ages. We would love to come back!

This is a wonderful place inside and out. It is just as described in the listing, a beautiful place in a great location with wonderful ocean views. And quiet, despite being in the heart of South Beach. Fran, the host, is a text away. Great restaurants nearby. We’re a couple in our 60’s and had our adult daughters in their 20’s staying with us.

We stayed for 6 nights during art week in Miami. The location was perfect. The condo has everything one could need to feel like a home away from home. Great bathtub in master bedroom. Plenty of hot water. The 24 hour concierge is very convenient. We had given up on such rentals because we had been disappointed in past. This was by far the best we’ve stayed in. Thank you, Fran!

our stay was amazing- our apartment 4A was beautiful with a perfect view of the ocean- the Birdcage restaurant was so convenient, and the food was delicious. Lillian one of the concierge's was our main contact - she made us feel right at home- this location was perfect we will definitely be back

This apartment is perfect! It has comfy sheets and bed linen, its spacious, furnished nicely and has ample sunlight! I loved the view, the location and the location felt like Miami! Perfectly stocked for a beach trip. Everything that you need is right here!

Our family had a nice stay at this property. It was "as listed", clean and comfortable, and Fran was very responsive. The main living, dining, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms had a nice view over Lummus Park. The only reason I am giving this four instead of five stars is due to compounding little things. Two of the bedrooms faced the walls of surrounding buildings; nearby parking lacked "in/out" capability, and the noise from restaurants and loud outside music was noticeable for us. (My caveat to the noise point is that there was some kind of festival which drew an interesting and fairly rowdy crowd to Ocean Drive the weekend we checked-in.) The location is central to tons of restaurants, the beach, rental bikes, a park, running/biking paths, etc. and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for that! Thank you for allowing our family to stay!

As fans of the Birdcage movie, we were so excited to stay at the Carlyle. What a beautiful, modern, and clean space. Perfectly appointed and managed by wonderful hosts. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic and to be right across the street from the beach and parks really made our South Beach visit easy and fun. We will be back and highly recommend this unit. Five stars!

Fran's apartment is one of the best abnb vacation rentals my family had stayed at. The location is unbeatable. We did not need a rental car, and walked to restaurants, cafes, beaches, markets, and the Art Deco tour. Uber rides to Miami food tour was inexpensive. The apartment was spacious, decorated with quality, plenty of room for our family of five. This was one of the few times my kids told me "Mom, we loved this vacation". Fran was super responsive in communication, and the building concierge was friendly and very reliable. We will definitely be back again.

Property was exactly as advertised. Three large rooms and a giant living, dining, kitchen area all open to each other. We had 4 adults and the location was perfect to so many South Beach spots. Would definitely stay again.

This is a beautifully, well-appointed, condo in the heart of South Beach, Miami. Flamingo Lummus Park and the Beach were our front yard. A lovely playground, a 9 mile bike and pedestrian trail were mere steps away. The restaurant downstairs offered incredibly good food and friendly service. A luxurious comfortable stay. The third bedroom is small but the condo overall is very spacious. All three bedrooms have private baths though one is in the hall. Security is excellent and the windows really are soundproof. Highly recommend.

Was in a great area of south beach for young adults. Plenty of things to do and places to see. Did not know it was connected to a tiktok famous ice cream shop. I recommend checking it out

You get everything you see in the pictures. Very nice location, excellent security, around so many restaurants including the one there. Minutes to the beach and excellent view to the ocean. It also has an ice cream shop located downstairs. Very quiet within the units. Will keep this saved for future stays
