About this apartment rental
A newly refurbished apartment overlooking the River Sorgue in the lively town of L'isle sur la Sorgue. The bright and spacious first floor property of 300sq ft has views towards Mont Ventoux to the North and over the ancient center of the town to the South.
The accommodation comprises the living area with space to relax, a fitted kitchen and dining area. There is a separate bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm with new mattress in 2019) and an en-suite WC, wash basin and shower.
Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, AIR CONDITIONED, etc...
Free parking is available directly in front of the building and in the large car park a few steps away on the opposite side of the river. In a medieval town like L'isle sur la Sorgue, this is a real benefit.

I absolutely loved staying at Thierry and Christine's apartment! Christine gave me such a warm welcome and showed me around the apartment. She gave recommendations to restaurants and places to visit in the area. There was even a cold bottle of water in the fridge and a welcome bottle of wine.The apartment was very clean and was in a perfect location, overlooking one of the canals. The kitchen was well sotcked with salt, pepper, spices, sugar, tea and coffee. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The bed was very comfortable.The walk to the town center was a very easy 10 minute walk with lots of restaurants and shops.It was over 100 degrees most days. I so appreciated the air conditioning! Theirry reached out to me in the middle of the heatwave, checking to see that I was doing allright.The value was exceptional. A nice apartment in a great location for a very affordable price.I highly recommend Thierry and Christine to you.

What an absolute treat to stay at an apartment near everything in L’isle-sur-la-Sorgue! We were steps away from the Sunday morning market, coffee shops and restaurants. We drove in and Christine helped us with parking right across the little canal, and then gave us restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, which were spot on! We will be recommending this sweet apartment to anyone we know going to Provence.

The apartment was very clean and quite comfortable. It was well-equipped. The location in the town was excellent. It provided a very scenic view of the river and was situated on the quieter side of the island. I had a very peaceful and pleasant stay and would happily return again.

The owners are very lovely people. The kitchen is very well outfitted and the apartment overall is very clean. The owners even changed our linens and towels mid rental. Unfortunately the apartment is not well suited for a certain renters and certain uses. It does not work well for longer stays like ours because it is very small and the refrigerator is limited if you cook in often. it also does not work well in hot weather as we experience since the air conditioner is underpowered and is very noisy. Also, if you are tall, the bathroom is challenging.
