Nestled in Seacrest, this charming house for $464 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. ☀️"Holiday 30A” ☀️ at Magnolia Cottages by the Sea is the perfect 30A getaway, especially with its location in the neighborhood. (Nice, private with its orientation and no home on one side on a quiet street.) Relaxing from the moment you enter. Ample parking for 2 cars and another small car or golf cart). Magnolia is a small, quaint neighborhood with deeded beach access directly in front of the neighborhood. The pool is between the beach and the home - convenient with bathrooms. Take the bikes to the close shops & restaurants: 1M to Alys Beach, 1M to The Big Chill and 2 miles to Rosemary Beach. Only 6 miles to Seaside. Spacious, custom 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with these awesome amenities which include: ~ Beautiful kitchen, fully equipped! ~ Large Smart TV in Living room ~ Direct TV ~ WIFI ~ Spacious ~ 4 adult beach cruiser bikes ~ 4 backpack beach chairs ~ 6 beach towels ~ Beach toys ~ Beach cart ~ 2 Yoga mats ~ Outdoor "hot & cold" shower ~ Paver stone driveway (many homes have gravel...) ~ Screened in porch ~ Paver patio for lounging, yoga & grilling ~ Nice quality sheets & towels provided ~ Pool (heated in the cooler weather - please ask if unsure about your dates) ~ Deeded Beach access directly in front of the neighborhood ~ Comfortable ~ Upscale ~ Grill - charcoal ~ Fun size Washer/Dryer Additionally: ~ Golf cart parking: There is a small amount of golf cart parking the front of the neighborhood (first come) between Morgan Ln & the Waterhouse condos. A golf cart to the beach is not really necessary to the beach - it's only about 300 yards! ~ The pool was renovated 2 yrs ago and is located about midway between the home & beach (about 2 min walk). Beach Access/Service: ~ There is deeded beach access directly in front of the neighborhood. In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "beach setup" (2 chairs & umbrella) - La Dulce Vita 866-651-1869 (you can bring some of the beach chairs in the shed with you for additional seating as well). ~ However, there is another small public beach access (Mistral) just a 1-2 min walk to the west (right) with a bike rack and you do not have to rent at this location. It tends to be less crowded also. Just have fun & enjoy! 🦤

We had a great long weekend stay at this home. Our group of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens and 2 10 year olds) had plenty of room to spread out and all enjoyed the space. The kitchen and entire house were clean and well stocked and we loved that there were bikes and beach toys provided. The beach is an easy 7-10 min walk, but we preferred to ride our bikes over for a really quick trip. We also rode our bikes over to the Big Chill for ice cream, lunch and a little shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed here for 5 days and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the bikes that were available to us and the beach chairs that we could take to the beach. The house was very clean and it was in a beautiful area.
My only complaint would be that there was not enough toiletries available for my family of 6. One roll of toilet paper in the restrooms was not enough to last the week, there was no hand soap. Coffee machine but no coffee filters. We just had to buy way too many things that should have been available to us for a week long stay.

It was a nice cottage that is in a little secluded neighborhood. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. You do have access to the beach with a private code, but you will still have to walk a a short distance down the beach because the private beach at the walkway is for a different condo. We ended up renting a golf cart and just drove a small distance to the public beach access so we didn't have to walk to far on the beach. Great stay

Such a charming and private getaway. The pictures do not do this home justice. Great location between Seaside and Rosemary, close to the hub. Perfect for adults and teenagers. Will definitely want to book this again.

It was a little further away than expected but should have looked closer to map it was an easy walk to the beach. Host was super nice and got back with us on anything we needed.

Beautiful property!
This home is beautiful! It's clean and upscale. Very nice furnishings, bedding, very comfortable and private. We didn't need anything accept food for the cabinets and fridge. Short 1/2 Mile walk to the beach. Private entrance but I would point out that you can't just set up where you want on the beach. You must go to the public areas or rent chairs to be close to the private access. That would be my only criticism.

There was an issue with the air conditioner- no air conditioning for our first night. The owner was quick to respond the next morning and a new motor was installed the following day!! This was a wonderful property that we would use again! I highly recommend this property!

I will say it may be time for the owners to upgrade the bikes and a couple of the beach chairs…several were rusty and pretty dated, but they worked for us and we enjoyed biking down to Charlie’s donut truck in Alys some mornings or Rosemary. The home itself was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much! The owners were so easy to communicate with and take great care of the home. It was clean and well stocked. We ate dinners most nights at the house and really enjoyed picking up seafood dinners from Goatfeathers in Inlet. Great trip!

The only issue which was known when we rented was it is a long walk to beach. Once at beach access there were 50 steps. We did end up driving over to Inlet beach which is 2 miles, with bathrooms and lifeguard.
If you want a quiet beautiful home with everything you would need, this is it!

Beautiful home and great atmosphere all around!
We had an excellent stay! The home is absolutely tranquil and comfortable. The back porch is the best little escape to relax. The walk to the beach is very doable even with two small children in tow. The stairs are definitely long but just take a few extra minutes to get everything down. The sand is unbelievable! And the ocean the perfect temperature! A few of our guest enjoyed the pool before they closed it for a few days for repairs and they reported it being very nice.
Our only complaints would be a few little/minor things: just a couple more rolls of TP would be appreciated to accommodate a house of 8 people for 5 nights, some salt and pepper to season a few plates of food, and a new lock on the shed that didn’t have to be yarded to open.

Only advice to future visitors is to either bring or prepare to purchase more paper towels, bathroom tissue and kitchen trash bags. Not enough was left in the home which sleeps 8 people on vacation for 5 days/4 nights.

The house and neighborhood was a perfect space for my family. The ranch style was comfortable for my 70 year old mother, and my kids loved the bunk beds. Wonderful home! We enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the home. Great neighborhood and not too far from the pool. Loved having enough bikes for the entire family. This home has everything you could ever need! We can’t wait to plan our next visit!

Our stay was lovely. A little far from the beach for my parents, who are in their late 70's. We enjoyed time on the back screen porch and patio and the storage shed was full of really helpful things-chairs, umbrella, good bikes and boogie boards. The space is very well planned and the bunk room works well. We had a blast! Thank you!

Beautiful home, not great location
Pros- beautiful, clean home with all the amenities we needed. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Close to the Hub and other restaurants.
Cons- beach access. We were with my 70 year old mother and there are about 25 steep steps to the Beach. It made it very difficult for her and for us to carry our cooler. The beach was very small as it is sandwiched between two condo complexes and they have their own private beach access. The owners helped us find a public beach that would work for us and we drove there everyday.
