We stayed here to celebrate my sis-in-law’s and dear friend’s 40th birthdays. The photos for this listing are already beautiful, but we were stunned at how much you truly can’t capture in the photos. The scale and attention to detail in this home made our jaws drop. We poured a glass of wine for each of our friends as they arrived to give them the grand tour. The house is 110+ years old but we realized after the first night that no floor creaked. Ever. Even in the attic.This opulent, well-cared-for mansion feels like a museum while also wrapping you up in a cozy hug that feels like home. There are unique pieces of artwork in every room, plush rugs that span the length of each room, William Sonoma cookware and Riedel glassware, comfy beds, bathrobes to wear while you drink your coffee on the back patio, freshly mowed lawn, oiled Boos cutting boards, heated marble floors. We wanted to never leave. As we were checking out we realized we never saw a tv (aside from the movie room projector) and never would’ve needed one - we had far too much fun spending time together in each of the curated spaces of the house. Kasey was super attentive and super kind. An unforgettable trip. We will be back for sure.

Incredible Property!
There is so much history in this property. It has been very well preserved, but also updated with modern day luxuries, elegant furnishings, and a great art collection throughout.
Our group of ten would have been just as happy hanging out at Boyer House all weekend and never leaving. (Although our wine tasting excursion was also pretty fabulous!)
Would love to do the trip again next year!

Perfect location - beautiful home.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at The Boyer House. The house was immaculate with attention to every detail. Throughout our 3 night stay we enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor dining for both informal and formally catered dinners for our party of 10. We learned that it is a local favorite for chefs to cater at - with its beautifully fully stocked kitchen and gorgeous dining spaces. Each of our guests (5 couples total) commented that they really loved the home and would recommend and and rent it on future visits to Walla Walla.

Worth the price. All the amenities you can imagine and then some. This home provided the best hospitality without a host. The bedding, towels, kitchen necessities were perfectly equipped for our group of 12 ladies. We dined in the gorgeous dining room, danced in the front room, settled in the masculine den. The fireplaces were burning. The games in the game room were perfectly suited to entertain us to the fullest extent. We couldn’t have asked for a better get away. The outdoor patio was stunning. The surround sound sonos system allowed us to migrate our dance party where ever we were. Thank you for sharing your elegance with us!

Memorable 35th Birthday Weekend - Fall Wine and Hot Air Balloon Festival
We had an amazing stay for a lovely, extended autumn weekend; fifteen of us in total! The house is immaculate -- it's such a charming space with modern finishes and great attention to detail. Every room was very well-appointed, everyone slept easy and the location is the perfect walking distance from downtown. Kasey and her husband went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They were so easy to work with, quick to reply throughout booking and the stay, stopped by the house to fix the outdoor space heaters, and were thorough in presenting the house and its guides. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay -- we hope to be back in the future!

A truly incredible experience
This home transported us back in time while offering every modern amenity. It has so many thoughtful things to surprise and delight its guests. From morning coffee in the kitchen, to afternoons on the patio, to dinners in the magical backyard, to late nights in the club room down stairs. This home lends its self to every whim a big family could want. Croquet on cool shady grass? Yes. Big movie night? Yes. Brunch? Of course. Read a book in a quiet place? Choose from several perfect spots. Walk to town or stay put. No matter. Last point. Great bathrooms with heated floors and perfect water pressure from huge showers.

50th Birthday Wine Weekend Extraviganza!
Immaculate and extremely well appointed home, just like something right out of a magazine! Incredible architecture, beautiful grounds and very convenient location. This was a surprise birthday weekend of 11 gals for my partner’s 50th bday and it did not disappoint. Absolutely wonderful and we will be back!

The pictures of this home are beautiful, but they can't convey the warm and inviting feeling when you step inside and get settled. Every room had a "look at this!" moment and the attention to detail was inspiring. The highlight of our stay was a private dinner catered in the backyard and we highly recommend Kasey and Cameron to help you plan a delicious and memorable event. Kasey was also very helpful and responsive to our questions leading up to our arrival. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful New Years Stay with friends
We came with 7 other couples and had a wonderful time over New Year's. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our festive dinners and breakfasts. We enjoyed the game room downstairs for evening fun and the movie room on the 3rd floor for a relaxing afternoon. Bedrooms were well-appointed, clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. The location was terrific. We were able to walk to downtown for shopping and wine tasting. Property manager Kasey was a pleasure to work with and so responsive. Our stay was beyond our expectations and we will definitely come again. Thank you for starting our 2018 in such a terrific way!

The Perfect Setting for a Wedding Weekend.
The Boyer House was the perfect setting for so many of the events surrounding my son's wedding in Walla Walla. As a luxurious home base for the family members who traveled long distances it truly had all the amenities of a lavish resort combined with the charm of a comfortable, intimate bed and breakfast. Every room is beautifully adorned with artwork, antiques, and one-of-a-kind furnishings. In addition, the front and back yards are large and beautifully maintained as are the patios and decks, making for multiple outdoor extensions to the well-appointed interior.
Although all of the above would be reason enough to stay here, my most compelling motivation for recommending the Boyer House to friends is the amazingly competent and caring staff. Kasey and her crew made us feel like welcome guests in their home. She went out of her way to provide extra touches like well-placed welcome gifts and surprises like fresh baked treats on our doorstep on our first morning in the house. She was responsive to all of our questions and needs no matter how small.
The house, the staff, and the location all made for a wonderfully memorable weekend.

The Best Wedding Weekend Ever at the Most Beautiful Home
We had the pleasure of staying at the Boyer house with our families for our wedding. We had seen house earlier that year and knew immediately it would be the perfect place to be our home base for the wedding weekend. And it was PERFECT! When we arrived, we were greeted with a magnum bottle of Amuarice Rose as welcome present and sweetest note.
When we booked the house, Kasey told us her and her husband Cameron were working on some menu options to offer guests meals at the house if they wanted to stay in and enjoy the house for a meal. During one of our wedding planning trips to Walla Walla we met Kasey at the Boyer house and talked through menu ideas for a potential rehearsal dinner at the Boyer house. She then sent us on our way to T.Macs for dinner where Cameron is the executive chef, and the food was to die for! We immediately agreed to have them do our dinner.
We enjoyed a perfect rehearsal dinner outside under the new pergola on Friday before the wedding. Cameron’s food was to die for. We had bread, olives, caponata, and mustard nuts for our appetizers. Followed by 2 amazing salads a peach caprese salad w/ burrata and a goat cheese and beet salad. The main course was was seared Halibut with polenta and seasonal veggies. It was the best pre-pared Halibut we have ever had. He made us a special surprise dessert as a wedding gift! Kasey and Cameron also hand-picked Walla Walla wines for dinner.
Later that evening, we invited our closest family and friends over for small welcome party to cheers to our Walla Walla weekend. We enjoyed the outdoors space and played lawn games and mingled with everyone. We enjoyed using the Sonos outdoor speakers.
Saturday was our big day and we kicked it off with yoga in the yard to get that pre-wedding sweat on. There was a nice surprise that was delivered to us on Saturday morning, a basket full of warm scones and brioche buns for us to enjoy. We all enjoyed getting ready at the house before the wedding in all the amazing bedrooms and bathrooms and had our special first look out front.
We had the best weekend in Walla Walla and the Boyer house was such a huge part of one of the biggest weekends of my life. We enjoyed every minute of it! The house was restored beautifully and designed with perfection by Kasey and her family. The furniture, the art, and the décor chosen specifically for every room. It truly felt like we were living a dream. Thank you, Kasey, for being the best hostess! We will be back.

A Memorable experience
What an amazing house! We rented this house for a wedding weekend. Both families of the bride and groom were able to stay here There was plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable and accommodate all 15 of us. The house was perfect! The owners restored this home beautifully down to the last detail. The art, staircases, elegant bedrooms, porches, heated tile floors, large kitchen, theatre room, recreation room, and outdoor patio pleased everyone. We were able to have the rehearsal dinner catered in the backyard and a welcome party for the out of town guests, this site was perfect for this occasion. Corn hole games, music and yoga on the side yard all added to the weekend. The Boyer house was a good fit for the festivities of the wedding and we would recommend this home for any occasion. Kasey went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Baked goods on the porch for breakfast was a nice touch! We hope to come back to the Boyer house, what a special experience to stay in this stately mansion!

The loveliest place! Elegant and comfortable.
There were 8 of us here for a weekend and this house was both comfortable and stunning. The kitchen is equipped as if it's your own home (better than most homes!) and each of the bedrooms are comfortable, elegant and beautiful. The location is perfect and we walked downtown several times.
We had one dinner at the house and the dining room was lovely for our meal. The house was recently renovated and the artwork and the furnishings are beautiful. We couldn't believe how great this place is.
