PLEASE NOTE: • Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Friday to Friday. •Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted. •These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions. Please note: this is a condominium townhome and is in close proximity to other residences. We ask that guests please observe rules regarding noise and parking so the neighbors are not disturbed. This property may not be suitable for all guests, please call or email if you have any questions about our policies. This recently built spacious townhome is the perfect place for friends and family to enjoy Morro Bay and its great downtown area! This home has a large open floor plan with an upstairs great room and balcony that take advantage of the views, including the famous Morro Rock. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome has a 2 car garage and can easily accommodate a group of 7 adults or a mix of 9 adults and children. It’s only a short walk to downtown Morro Bay, with great restaurants, shops, and the Embarcadero. Home Features: • Open living space on the second floor includes the kitchen, living room, dining room, and access to the large balcony. • Master bedroom is upstairs and features a California King Sized bed with attached master bath • Master bathroom with dual vanity and step in shower • 2nd bedroom is downstairs with 2 full sized beds and a flat screen tv. • 3rd bedroom is downstairs with a twin over full bunk bed, and a twin bed with a flat screen tv. • Hall bathroom downstairs features a shower/tub combination • Wireless internet, XBOX 360 video game console, DVD player and board games • The balcony off the living room has a propane BBQ and plenty of seating to enjoy the ocean views and views of Morro Rock. • The home has a 2 car garage that is available to guests. • Laundry room with washer and dryer off of the garage for guest use. Per Morro Bay Vacation Rental Ordinance, the minimum age to rent a vacation rental in the city of Morro Bay is 21 years old. URelax Vacation Rentals welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.

My husband and I stayed here with our three adult daughters. The girls had lots of space downstairs when they wanted some space, however there was ample room upstairs to enjoy each other's company. The view was fantastic!! And we were within walking distance of many places to eat and get coffee. Highly recommend!

My family stayed in this beautiful home during the Morro Bay 70.3 Ironman race. Location was perfect. Just 3 blocks from the event and the Embarcadero. Home was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids.

Great 3 bedroom home that could fit many! Two of the bedrooms had 5 beds combined which allowed multiple adult women to have their own bed. Clean, well stocked kitchen and comfy large sectional. Also, it was great to walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Lots of space, with an open, airy living room/dining area/kitchen combo. Large garage with access to the house. Easy-to-open windows kept things breezy and comfortable during warm days. Well-stocked kitchen. Lovely, roomy shower in the master bedroom. Lot of electrical outlets upstairs, not so many downstairs. The few neighbors we encountered were friendly and helpful. It was, however, a little tricky to find when we first arrived, because the driveway into the complex's parking area and garages is not on the same street as the address. Customized directions would have been helpful. Overall, a lovely place to stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Short stay… would like to come back!
The townhouse was much more spacious than we expected and so comfortable! We were two moms with three older teenagers visiting Cal Poly.
Wish we had had more time to hang out in Morro Bay, but we spent most of our time in SLO.
Easy check-in and check-out and met our needs.

Great views, nice and big family room/kitchen/dining room area. walking distance to great restaurants and the bay. our first time here and will definitely plan to go back.

Very nice condo
The place is very spacious and well maintained. Has a nice view of Morro Rock and it's right around the corner from our favorite breakfast place - the Hungry Fisherman. It's also a nice walk to the Embarcadaro.

Great location for fun family getaway
Overall we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated being in easy walking distance of downtown MB and the coast. Only disappointment was road noise (condo is right on Main Street) and the fact that bedrooms overlook an autobody shop next door which took away from the charm somewhat. But we loved the big comfy couch and bright open living room, nice kitchen, and plenty of space for our family of 4. Garage parking was also very nice!

Spacious Well Located Condo
We loved this spacious and clean condo in Morro Bay! It’s location was excellent! Walking distance to downtown and the Embarcadero. The open floor plan was fantastic and patio with view of the rock and the stacks was lovely. The only thing we noticed was that the dryer didn’t work too well. Otherwise it was perfect! We want to stay here again next year!!

We had a lovely stay at this town house. It was clean and inviting and had everything we needed for the weekend getaway. Couldn't beat the view of the Morro Bay Rock (even through the power lines) and it was close to everything. We'll gladly stay here again!
