There is a beautiful master bedroom on the first floor and five full sized bedrooms on the walkout level. This spot is very privately located in West Tisbury. Open kitchen to the living room with post and beam features throughout the home. Large outdoor grill and a chefs kitchen with a 48" stove and two ovens. Outside shower. Huge back yard and front yard. Would be a great wedding location. Stone gas fireplace and open concept construction in the kitchen and living room. Two laundry rooms and Huge yard. AC throughout Two decks, HEATED bathroom floors!!! , Very close to the bike trails and the State Forest. Decorated with Art from WIlldayart.com Will consider pets..... No Smoking There is a guest house on site as seen in the last photo. It is far away from the house and occupied by my employees.

The pictures do not do the house justice. It is a beautiful and spacious home with gorgeous grounds. Very private and secluded yet convenient to so many things. Excellent value for the price point. John, the owner was very pleasant and helpful, as was the property manager. We will absolutely stay again.

The house was beautiful and in a quiet area. Tons of kitchen dishes, pans etc. very clean and owner was very responsive. The propane was empty in the grill when we got there and they came right over and replaced it. We would rent this again.

My family stayed for a full week for the forth of July holiday and we absolutely loved the home. The home is very spacious and fit all 12 of my group comfortably. Check was simple and quick the home had beautiful artwork throughout the house, fully stocked kitchen, heated bathroom floors, an abundance of wash clothes and towels, comfortable beds, washer and dryer on both floors and a cozy overall feel. The master bedroom is on the main floor and is easily accessible to everything with a spacious closet that makes you want to live there forever. The host was very prompt and attentive to our needs and quick to respond via text. Things to consider when staying here is location, you'll need a vehicle to get around as the home is tucked away from the city center which was a plus for my family but will take some planning if you plan on bringing your own vehicle. Depending on the time of year it might be challenging to reserve a spot on the ferry. There are three televisions in the home one of which is in the master bedroom so if you have any TV watchers in your group give them a heads up. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this home to everyone.

We really enjoyed our time at the art house. There was plenty of room for our family and the open kitchen/living room/dining area made things easier with the kids. The owner was also very responsive and helpful!

The property is very nice and private. It has plenty of space and the house has a very nice design. The owner (John) is very personable and responsive. Upon arriving a property manager showed up to help with anything we needed, and gave us his number for any issues, for which there were none. The overall experience was great - I would highly recommend this property and owner.

The living area is a good space for a reunion. Unfortunately, the AC, which is one of the headlined features of the house, was not working on the main floor when we got there and wasn't fixed until the Friday evening before we left. We spent much of the week sweltering, even with the fans we went out and got. In the end, the home wasn't worth what we spent to stay there.

This is the second year we're renting this house for a February 20 mile race. This year we had 16 people and the house easily accommodated everyone comfortably. The kitchen is fabulous for prepping big meals and the living area is spacious for lounging around. I can't recommend this place enough.

This spacious house was fully equipped with almost all of the accommodations of a private home or fine hotel. Roomy bedrooms, comfortable beds, thirsty bath and beach towels, and upscale bathrooms create the perfect backdrop for a great vacation home. Additionally, the well-landscaped property afforded plenty of room for children and adults to run around or just relax.

12 of us stayed at this house and it was lovely! We all fit comfortably and felt right at home. Our stay was in the middle of a cold winter, so the house had a few issues with the freezing of pipes which rendered the kitchen sink and dish washer un-useable. The touch-sensor faucets are finicky, but nice when you get the hang of them. All was fine regardless and any issues that we had were answered promptly by the property care-taker. The beds are super comfortable and the appliances were perfect. The propane range is a chef's dream! Plenty of places to rest, and I can imagine that the proximity to the State Forest hiking trails is an added bonus in warmer months. This house has all you need for a large gathering of friends and/or family. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to MVY.

This house is great. We even saw a herd of deer wander through the backyard. There is plenty of room, both upstairs and downstairs. Everything is brand new and John was super helpful throughout the entire process.

We enjoyed our stay at the West Tisbury house. It is beautiful, clean, recently renovated. During our trip, three generations stayed in this house -- age 2 to 70. We especially appreciated the 2 master suites (which let the grandparents have some peace) and the many bathrooms. Check- in was easy and the owner is helpful and friendly. The clean, modern kitchen has equipment to prepare easy meals and includes some dry goods and spices. Beds and sheets are super comfortable. There were ample soft towels, including beach towels. The house & fridge are kept clutter free - be sure to bring your own shampoos and ketchup. We highly recommend this house and hope to stay again!

We loved our stay at this house. The house was big enough to fully accommodate our group with plenty of privacy. The house was tastefully decorated and clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in.
