On a main road. Constant road noise. Near Hospital and helicopter noise. Need a car or moped. Can not walk anywhere. Nice house. Beautiful views. Expensive for a two-bedroom house.
Nature view was great but the road noise made me feel otherwise.

We loved the colors and the view.
It’s located close to the street but you can’t really hear the cars. We had a wonderful time there. I would definitely recommend this property.

So much to like about this little cottage. It has pretty much all the amenities you could hope to have, the kitchen tools and equipment are at the higher level of what one can expect from a house rental. They make very good use of the space that they have. Very pleasantly decorated with some nice original art. As the cottage's name suggests, they have a beautiful view over the salt meadow and tidal basin and to the bridge between Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven
They listed it as within walking distance to Oak Bluffs. Technically that is true but it is a mile and a half away. It was not an issue for us but if someone is not familiar with the area it might be less convenient then they expect to Oak Bluffs, especially if they do not have a car, though I am sure it is probably either on or very near to the bus route.

Location and cleanliness.
There was no AC in bedrooms. Second bedroom the beds were uncomfortable for adults.
