Nestled in Hansville, this charming condo for $99 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Ravens Landing Studio is really away from it all. High atop a hill with views west of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound. It faces west so it catches the sun late into the afternoon. We finish the day with spectacular sunsets. Miles of walking and biking trails are just up the hill from my home. Fishing, kayaking, beach combing, exploring and just minutes from the Olympic Peninsula. Bainbridge Island and Kingston ferries are thirty five and twenty minutes away respectively. Excellent space for writing, painting, relaxing and dreaming. Raven's Landing Studio is a 400 sf studio space with a cozy queen size bed. The space is great for most but if you are over six feet it may be a bit of a squeeze. Most love the beauty of the space and the size has not been an issue. There is a large deck with a gas grill out the French doors. Eating bar, mini kitchen complete with microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, convection oven, electric tea pot, kitchen sink, dishes, coffee, tea, etc. Small bistro table on the deck for morning breakfast or a glass of wine to finish off your day. A kayak and mountain bike are available. Granola, oatmeal, 2% organic milk, granola bars and fresh fruit are complementary. I do allow one well behaved dog or cat with owner OK. I do require that pets do not get up on furniture or scratch. I enjoy traveling with my dog so I understand when guests would like to bring along a four legged friend. I do charge a $30 pet fee and I will request that from you as a separate charge if it’s not included when you book. Hiking and biking trails are minutes away. Point no Point Beach and Light House five minutes away. Buck Lake swimming park five minutes away. Small grocery store and restaurant three minutes away. Nature Preserve five minutes away. Excellent fishing, mushroom hunting and crabbing in the fall and summer.

The view on the back porch is breath taking. There were days I just didn’t want to leave. Darcy is an amazing and attentive hostess. I hope to be back!

Lovely place to recuperate and find tranquility. Disappointed to discover no hot tub or even directions of where to locate said hot tub in her listing. If you post states that you have it please make sure you have it clearly marked and ready for client use. That was one of the reasons we booked here. The place was very lovely and quiet. May return again. Thank you

A quiet, charming property. Definitely out of the way, but we enjoyed excursions all around Kitsap Peninsula from there. Host was a gem!

Gorgeous property landscaping and view. Attractively furnished and very clean. Perfect for one person or a couple w/zero interest in any cooking. Refrigerator is dorm room sized and and there is no umbrella to shade the deck from direct afternoon sun. Wonderfully quiet and very pretty place to stay. Kind and responsive host.

Just got it for a few days to get away. Definitely fit the bill. Remote and quiet. We were able to cuddle up all day and look at the view.

This was a charming studio, in a quiet neighborhood, with gorgeous views, anytime, especially sunset. As advertised, all the basic needed items are there, on a smallish scale, but PERFECT for one or two people Darcy is super friendly, totally enjoyed her ready smile, and, easy conversation. We explored the beaches... Mostly shells, lots of sand dollars, not so much actual sand, if that's your thing. Great to explore part of WA that I was not at all familiar with. Recommend short drive to Kingston for walking about and ice cream!

A lovely place to enjoy gorgeous, peaceful gardens and outside art, deck, views, as well as an artistically appointed studio. A short stay for us while in transit so didn't get to take advantage of nearby hiking trails and other amenities which in hindsight wish we could have. Would indeed be a wonderful place for a retreat. Enjoyed meeting/chatting with owner Darcy who was respectful, pleasant and accommodating. Thank you Darcy!

Darcy has thought of everything you might need to relax and feel at home. Nice porch and yard to let dogs run around. Bed was comfy. Thoughtful decorations and supplies to make your own meals. And if you love books, this little room is like a library.

Darcy was a delightful host and her dog Amber very sweet. Darcy came by with a fresh bowl of mixed berries and stone fruit. Coffee/tea/milk/sugar provided was so welcome on our first morning there. The patio was a good place to enjoy a glass of Prosecco and enjoy the view. So beautiful. A hummingbird feeder is right outside the back patio so we really enjoyed them. We ate all our meals out. The Hansgrill has a very good breakfast and lunch menu. It's a short drive away. Raven's Landing is delightful.
