Nestled in Rehoboth Beach, this charming house for $800 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to 19836 Hebron Road! OVERVIEW: Welcome to your private resort. This home's upgrades and renovations are jaw-dropping and were part of the HGTV beach home makeover. The main level offers an open concept perfect for entertaining and brand-new furnishings with the coastal style guests crave. Lovely screened-in porch with plenty of seating and entertaining space. There are two bedrooms on the main level with a jack & jill bathroom and a primary bedroom and ensuite. The finished basement/lower level offers two bedrooms and a primary bedroom with an ensuite. A second full kitchen is available, and recreational games such as foosball, ping pong, and arcade games are available. There is plenty of comfortable seating and an excellent area for a card or movie night with the family. The backyard is fenced-in with yard games that kids and adults will enjoy. LOCATION: Steps to the new extended Junction & Breakwater Bike Trail, and approx. 1.5 miles to Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and one set of the three tax-free Tanger Outlets are less than one mile away. PARKING: Sizeable private driveway for approx. six vehicles. AMENITIES: Brand new fiberglass saltwater pool 15x32, 4-6' feet deep, with jets, bubbles, lighting, and tanning ledge. The pool can be heated in the off-season for a fee. It also includes hardscaping with plenty of seating and a fire pit. Spacious finished basement/recreational room with a full kitchen, ping pong table, foosball, plenty of seating, access to the back yard, and the 2nd set of full washers & dryer. A large outdoor shower and gas grill. Trash is on a valet service. THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do have a rental package available for guests. Pets are not allowed on the property, and no smoking. The pool will be open from 04/01st-10/31st. The pool is not heated. However, it can be heated for a fee during the off-season only (cooler months). Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

My family and I have been renting properties in Rehoboth/Bethany beach for the past 5 years and we usually like to switch up the properties we rent. This property by far has been the worst and the worst advertised. We were 9 people in total and when we hung out upstairs we were on top of each other. We could not hang out downstairs because of the intense mildew smell and the backed up sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The other down side to this property is there is no direct out to the pool. You have to go out the front door and walk around to the back. This was not acceptable for my elderly parents. The AC never properly worked, one night the thermostat hit 80. The upstairs fridge never kept anything cold and the freezer kept opening every time you opened the fridge and things melted. For the amount of money spent on this property, you would have expected 5 star all the way. Overall, this property is not worth the price and I am still waiting for someone to exactly tell me what episode of HGTV beach makeover this house was on!!! We will not rent this property again.

Great house. Fully stocked and then some. Once a year our family gets together here in Rehoboth and this is by far our favorite. Easy commute to beach. Hope to be back next year and many years to come.

A group of friends getting together for a weekend of relaxation, shopping, eating, fun and games. The house had plenty of space where you didn’t feel on top of each other. The backyard is a nice touch with the pool. I wish it was better weather to enjoy the pool.

Perfect!
The ONLY thing this property lacks is a view, and you know that going in. The home was spacious, spotlessly clean, and easily accessible to everywhere. We were a large group of 17 (including a baby). Every possible amenity is available! The pool is absolutely fantastic! The kitchen is FULLY stocked, and we have rented many places, many times. The home NEVER felt crowded, and showering or privacy were never an issue. It is truly deceptive how large this property really is! We would absolutely return to this rental. The only caution I would provide is the access to the lower level, where you initially enter, is not handicap friendly. The outside stairs are steep, as are the internal stairs. Was never an issue for our particular group, and we had a person that had a knee replacement 4 weeks ago. The ground floor level is only 5 steps into the home, and everything is available on the ground floor. Truly terrific vacation!

Updated and Clean - Great for Families
This house looks like it was newly remodeled. It did not look like a normal rental with wear and tear. Everything was clean and the house had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and so was the enclosed back yard - perfect for kids. There was a brewery and food truck across the street along with a creative market space and farmer's market. It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach but only 7-10 min walk to restaurants, coffee, bakeries, etc. Bike path runs along the road so there's plenty of room to walk and enjoy the area. We'd definitely return.

The only thing missing was soup ladles. We had a great time playing games, watching sports, and doing a lot of laughing and eating and game playing. The beach was walkable but generally we drove down. The only complaint has nothing to do with the house… Just know that if you use the concierge service for linens and towels that the towels are incredibly thin and scratchy and that you need to order early or they up charge you. . But the house itself is amazing. And Remax was responsive to any issues.

Amazing house in perfect location.
This house was fantastic. It was 100% accurate with the site photos. Great location to be at the very end of US1 with easy access to Rehoboth Beach. Beds were very comfortable, with ceiling fans everywhere. We loved the gaming tables and ample seating to dine together while having plenty of room to not be on top of each other. We will definitely be a return renter.

Wonderful Family Vacation!
We loved the property from the moment we pulled up! Well decorated, spacious, and plenty of amenities! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and bake. We found plenty of books and games for entertainment. Extra throw blankets to snuggle up on the couch. We spent a lot of time on the porch and appreciated the privacy shades and the backyard was wonderful for the kids (ages 4 and 6) to run around. We found the location great for our needs. Easy to walk or bike to the park and into town but also close to Route 1 which we liked because we like to go to the bay in Lewes. Overall a wonderful family vacation!

This house was everything we needed for our 10 person family vacation. There was plenty of room and the house was located a short bike ride to the boardwalk. Plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. The house had all the amenities you could ask for. Pots/pans and all kitchen utensils were in great shape. The ping pong and foosball tables were a great entertainment option. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
