Nestled in Rehoboth Beach, this lovely house for $775 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to 38825 Anna B Street! OVERVIEW: Beautiful beach home offering 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and four primary bedrooms with private ensuites. A lovely second family room/loft area with a queen sleeper sofa on the 2nd level and a third family room in the recreational room. Excellent recreational room with ping pong table, full bathroom, bedroom, large flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating. Well-appointed kitchen with plenty of cooking appliances, massive island for additional seating, double oven, and stainless steel appliances. Spacious dining room table to accommodate 14 guests, and for you outside chefs, there is a lovely rear patio with seating and a gas grill. LOCATION: WALKING DISTANCE TO THE DEWEY OR REHOBOTH BEACH! This home is centrally located between Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach in Dodd's Addition/Forgotten Mile. Easy access to Silver Lake Dr (approximately 5 blocks to the southern side of Rehoboth Beach and the Boardwalk) and only a half-mile to downtown Dewey Beach. You can also grab the Jolly Trolley at the top just 3 blocks away for an enjoyable day in Rehoboth or Dewey Beach. Check out the new pub right around this home, have a great lunch at Just in Thyme, only a block away, or have an adult evening with live music at the Starboard downtown Dewey Beach. Silver Lake is another fantastic location with beautiful walking paths, a picturesque freshwater pond designed for waterfowl preservation, and home to many wildlife creatures. Great fun for kids to see and experience. Community Playground is only a few blocks away as well on Stockley St. PARKING: Private driveway for four cars and overflow along the white fence or at the M&T ATM kiosk. No parking on the street or lawn area. AMENITIES: Large outdoor shower, gas grill, Wi-Fi, full washer & dryer, central HVAC, 2nd level balcony, valet trash service, rear patio, and ping pong table in the recreational room. THINGS TO KNOW: We rent from Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Linens are provided for each bed, and the beds will be made upon arrival. Bath and beach linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. No pets and no smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This house was perfect for a long weekend with friends. Halfway between Rehoboth and Dewey, it was the perfect location. Easy walk to the nightlife in both towns. Plenty of rooms and space. The basement was perfect for watching sports and playing games.

Wonderful multi-gen family vacation home
We loved this beautiful home that had plenty of space to spread out and to congregate as we wished. Kitchen was well equipped with an abundance of cookware and serving ware. The house was beautifully and comfortably furnished. The beach was a close drive away, as were shops and restaurants, though we wished more was walkable.
The one draw back was that the house’s AC had just one zone, located on the main floor. To cool down the upstairs to a comfortable temp meant the basement bedroom was literally frigid, which meant no one was really comfortable at night-someone was either too hot or too cold.

Trash in cans throughout the house. Bins overflowing (not rolled to street by previous renters). Trash included indications of COVID, including a positive rapid test by previous renters. Soiled linens on porch. Our linens delivered very late, after a number of calls to rental agency.

The perfect get away!
We loved this house! It was very clean upon arrival and the perfect get away for my friends and I! We did have to bring our own linens but if you know in advance it shouldn’t be a problem!

Poorly maintained
This house is very poorly maintained. The house was dirty upon arrival. There was hair in bathtub, toilet was filthy, crumbs in the microwave, and on stove top. Just to name a few. The entrance door keypad frequently didn’t work and we were locked out several times for 10 minutes or so until it finally unlocked. The dryer was so full Of Lint, it took hours to dry one load. I had to use make shift tools To clean out the trapped lint to be Able to use the dryer. The air-conditioning frequently malfunctioned. We had to turn it off for several hours because it was not working. We never set the thermastate lower than 74 degrees. However, We would wake up in the morning and it will be set to 50°. One morning it was set to 86°. The kitchen is not well organized, and it is missing key items. There were only seven spoons in the house that is supposed to sleep 12 people. There were no steak knives, and No blender. The toilet in the basement is loosely bolted and moves when you sit down. We have been coming to rehoboth for many years, and have never left a bad review. Never needed to. We were just so dissatisfied And disappointed with this house.

Beautiful Home
The owners, and Heather the realtor, were very prompt and communicative and answered any questions we had about the property. The house is beautiful and was spotless when we arrived, having any amenity that you may need. Organizing a Christmas getaway for 2 families, 10 people, can get a bit hectic at times, but our stay here made it more than worth it. Thank you to the owners and Heather for helping us make wonderful Christmas memories that we will recall for many years to come. You’ve found returning renters and recommendations to everyone we know.

Beautiful home, but cleaning service was not good
Had a very good stay in this home. However, the home was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival (e.g., food and sand was plentiful on the kitchen floor, toilets were not cleaned and one even had urine in it from previous guests, grill required a 20 min cleaning before it could be used).

Great place!
Overall, a great place. Lots of room for our extended family vacation (8 adults,8 children and 1 infant). Wonderful kitchen and awesome sound system; fully media equipped in every room! Just a tad bit far for the schlep to the beach with all those kids, but quality of house made it worth it. Also, would have been nice to read owners welcome binder beforehand (we wouldn’t have purchased so many paper towels , toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soap etc). Wonderful that it was there but wish we knew ahead of time. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Nice rental!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is thoughtfully designed with large rooms and plenty of gathering spaces. There are several family/living rooms and the first floor is very open. We enjoyed cooking meals in the fabulous kitchen and eating together at the large table in the dining area. The house was stocked with all the necessities you could need.
The house is located on a quiet street in a very nice neighborhood. No problems at all with other neighbors/renters even though the houses are pretty close to one another. We chose to drive to the beach each day; it's a bit of a walk when carrying beach chairs, beach bags, coolers, etc. We liked going to Rehoboth as opposed to Dewey, but that was just our personal preference. We are boardwalk kind of people!
We did have a couple of little issues that came up (ex. a slow draining shower, the ice machine in the kitchen wasn't working, etc.), but I think it's normal to experience some minor blips during the middle of a busy rental season. I contacted Heather, the property manager, and she resolved everything to our satisfaction. She was very pleasant to work with!
I would recommend staying at this house. Thanks for sharing it with us for the week!
