During this time period, you will have the exclusive right to occupy the property, but you may not sublet the property. This peaceful retreat offers visitors the best that Greenport has to offer: take a quick 15 minute walk to town for dining and shopping, stroll around the corner for a waterfront wine tasting or visit the famous “67 Steps” beach located at the end of the street. Inside the home, relax in an open concept kitchen and dining space that includes a large chef’s kitchen with every cooking amenity you need; dishwasher, microwave, gas range and washer / dryer. The dining room has a cathedral ceiling and seats 8. The living room has a working fireplace, flat screen Smart TV, and WiFi. A cozy screened porch with ceiling fan and lounge seating offers a peaceful spot perfect for morning coffee or catching up on a good book. The master bedroom with king-sized bed and bathroom are on the first floor. The second floor features two bedrooms with a king and full size bed, respectively, a sleeping alcove and bathroom with large glass shower. Living and sleeping spaces on the first and second floor have ceiling fans; window A/C units are also available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Linens and towels included. Bedroom 1: King Bedroom 2: King Bedroom 3: Full + alcove Sleeps 6 The home is not ideal for toddlers and small children. No pets.

The house was IMMACULATE, so clean! The beds were comfy and the location perfect! The 67 Steps beach at the end of the street is a must see with all its beautiful pebbles, town center is walking distance from the house which is handy. The vineyard behind the house is the perfect backdrop when enjoying the fire pit in the backyard. Lisa is a gracious host and her home is WONDERFUL!

Stayed at Lisa’s lovely home the week of our son’s wedding in the Greenport area with another couple who were the first people to hold him the day he was born after my husband and myself. The house and yard were beautiful places to catch up and reflect on the past thirty odd years. Walking to the 67 step beach at the end of the road to catch the sunset just as my son did the evening he proposed was special too. Highly recommended.

This house was everything promised. Location was a 10 minute walk to town and was a pleasure to walk past so many old historic homes along the way. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Backyard was nice to hang out overlooking the vineyard vines of the winery. Very quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property. Excellent communication with the owner and super smooth check-in. Perfect for 3 couples for a friends getaway. Our group is already talking about next year!

This house is absolutely perfect! Awesome coastal decor, cozy, inviting and spotless. The pictures really don't even do it justice!! Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and linens. While we didn't spend too.much time outdoors due to the chilly weather, the yard is lovely with plenty of furniture and a fire pit. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Girls weekend was a great success. We had a wonderful time full of laughs, good food and great wine. We found Lisa’s home to be perfect! The home is cozy and has beautiful details along with super comfy beds. This is my second girls weekend here and will absolutely be back again next year!!!!

The house is so charming, it was perfect for a family gathering. Very comfortable, beautiful yard with a fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating. At the end of the block was a beautiful private beach that we would walk to very morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy the view! Look forward to returning! I highly recommend this property.

This was a lovely rental in a great location. Just a few minutes from town which has tons of great shops and restaurants The house was just as pictured if not better and extremely clean. It was nicely decorated and very well stocked. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return!

Nice home steps from Kontakosta winery and a short drive to the center of Greenport. My wife and I were looking for a nice weekend away and this place was perfect. The owner (Lisa) could not have been easier to deal with and very responsive. Her home is nicely furnished and well stocked with everything you need. We definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, walk to the beach, short ride into town. Everything immaculate and state of the art equipment in the kitchen. Lots of room and beds super comfortable. Host was available to help with small issues, which were resolved quickly.

The house was perfect...had a fully stocked kitchen. Cozy bedrooms and clean updated bathrooms. My favorite room was the screened in porch. Unfortunately we had to leave after one night due to an emergency. I would without a doubt come back again and hope to sooner then later.

Due to COVID our large family Thanksgiving was changed to just the four of us. Everyone gathered at their respective homes. So now I had to cook an entire turkey dinner for us. This entails a lot. I brought most everything with us, but was amazed how well stocked this home was. I forgot a platter and found one here. The outdoor fire pit allowed us to have the extended family over for a drink around the fire one evening. It made for a very special night during this crazy time in the world. The beach down the block is breathtaking! Although not the season right now, it’s still a must see.The home is immaculate. Beds are very comfortable . Although The upstairs bedrooms could use more comfortable pillows.

Stayed here for a weekend away with friends to celebrate my birthday. The house is down the road from 67 steps beach and a mile ish to the village. It came stocked with tons of kitchen supplies and ample towels. We enjoyed sunsets and wine at the beach and rented bikes to cruise the area. The fire pit/ backyard was one of the selling points of why we chose this house because it was an amazing way to end each night. I am so happy we chose this house! Lisa was great and was informative throughout the process. Would highly recommend!!
