Welcome to the one of the newest townhome community on North Padre Island. Pull right in front to unload and access your rental with a unique lock code we give only to you. This extremely spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 6 comfortable and has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom comes with a king bed and flat screen tv. Kids can enjoy their own space in the new twin size bunk beds. The living room has a leather couch and a flat screen Smart TV with Cable and other streaming apps. We also have free WiFi. Sleep two comfortably on a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has every small appliance you could need along with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is also a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. Ready for the beach? Village by the Beach is just that; 1 block from the beach! Grab your beach towels, sunscreen and walk to the beach to enjoy a day in the sun. The island offers horseback riding, Bob Hall Pier and great shops and restaurants in the area. More of a pool person? Village by the Beach is your place once again! Our complex offers a sweet resort style pool for your enjoyment. Pull up a chair to relax, throw down some burgers on the grill and enjoy this amazing pool with family and friends. It's also heated for winter Texans. Need something else to do? Enjoy your stay.

This place was excellent! The home was thoughtfully arranged to make maximum use of the space. We loved the proximity to the beach and the heated pool (which was nice to use in December). The neighbors were chatty and friendly. We were only in for a quick, last-minute stay when vacation plans changed, but we would definitely consider a longer stay in the future!

Our first time to Corpus with our family and it was the perfect size for us. Our kids loved the bunk bed and the layout is perfect if you have little ones. We had a question for Kim and she responded right away. The 5 minute walk to the beach was nice but definitely recommend a wagon if you have kiddos. The 2 pools are a big plus too! My 7 year old and I went horse back riding on the beach 10 minutes down the road and it was amazing! Can’t wait to go back!

The townhome was in a great location. We enjoyed our stay, and the host was fantastic. She was quick to respond and gave detailed instructions regarding the check-in and check-out process. I would definitely stay at the townhome again.

We really enjoyed the space in this one bedroom condo. It was much bigger than we were expected which was a nice surprise. Location was great. Wasn't quite close enough to walk to in the 100° heat, but it was a quick 2 minute drive. We enjoyed renting a golf cart to get us around and that was fun. My only complaint was that the splashpad near the playground was inoperable the entire stay. That was very disappointing as that was one of the main reasons we booked with this company.

We have a 6 y.o, 3 y.o., and a 2 y.o and the townhome was perfect. We put the younger two in the bunk bed and the oldest on the pull out couch.
It was within walking distance of beach and had everything we needed.

Loved everything about this place. We were super close to the pool and could have walked to the beach if we wanted to. Only down side was there aren’t a lot of restaurants, but that’s ok since we had a full kitchen and bbq at the pool. Definitely would go back.

Great stay for our family. The littles loved the bunk bed and pool. The parents wish we would have been a little closer to the beach (having a wagon was a lifesaver, renting a golf cart would have been better). We found everything we needed (and more) in the house.

It was an okay stay. It could have been a little cleaner. It's a pretty short walk to the beach and the pools are nice. The sofa bed was so broken down that we had to put the thin, slightly stained mattress on the floor for our son. The bunk bed mattresses were kind of uncomfortable. The master bed and laundry accessibility were really nice.

Wonderful complex and very clean. The pool was fantastic for my boys to play in and the condo even had extra beach toys that we were welcome to use (GREAT benefit when you are flying!).

The thermostat didn’t work I was 66 degrees in there one night. That was a little uncomfortable. There wasn’t any communication with the owner that could’ve been better. Overall the place is great. It was clean and neat and close to the beach. We would love to come back.

Overall, the place was nice. There were a few things that definitely needed an upgrade (pots and pans were so scratched up and the microwave had some issues)! Also, the playground was under construction… that was one of the reasons I brought my family to this location. I did reach out to the property owner (she knew about this and it has been this way for a while) and she informed me that she would update the listing, which has not been done. I think that is misrepresenting the property. She was very responsive and friendly. If those things were fixed, I would stay at this property again!

This home was clean and met all of our needs. Easily jumped into the car and headed to beach when we wanted. Communication with host was simple. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was a great property at a great location. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our breakfasts and reheat leftovers. The bed was comfy. There were plenty of towels and washcloths to bathe. There were several beach towels and boogie boards to borrow. We recommend Kim's location to anyone looking to escape to the beach :-)

Overall the best experience we’ve had using VRBO for our condo rental. We come to the beach every summer and everything was absolutely perfect. Easy check in, clean, more than enough space, anything we could need… thank you so much for a great time. We will def be back! :)

This is the second time we have stayed here and I got a resounding "Yesss!" from the kids when I told them that we would be staying at the same place again. The condo feels quite spacious for its footprint, and has a big-screen TV, both of which are great for my teenager, who is what I like to call "the indoorsy type."
The complex does not feel crowded and is VERY quiet at night. Since all the condos are on the ground floor, you don't have to worry about noise from above or disturbing people below. No noise carries through adjacent walls, as far as I could tell. The pool is clean and well-maintained, with attractive landscaping.
I love that the beach parking lot is right around the corner, so you can park in the parking lot and then it's just a short walk to the no-drive section of the beach. (I know I'm probably in the minority here, but I HATE driving on the beach and I'm not wild about other people's cars on the beach either.)
I especially appreciated all the info in the Welcome Booklet. A nice personal touch!

Great place for a small family, excellent value
This place looked better than the pictures. Clean and updated. The host had thought of all the things including extra towels and extra sheets. They even had wonderful beach toys available for you to use. The only thing that I would’ve changed was how crowded the pool was. I don’t know if it was because someone was leaving the gate unlocked and the public got in or if the place was just extra crowded. Even so our room was very quiet.The proximity to the beach was about a 10- 15 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place for our trip!
We loved it here. It was a perfect location for my family. Check in was a breeze. No issues with the condo. Very close to the beach! We spent a lot of time at the pool and loved how close it was. The water hose in the front of the condo was super helpful for beach days and we appreciated that there were boogie boards there for us to use. Thanks so much for the great stay!

This VROB property is absolutely precious and adorable, if I could’ve given more than five stars to rate the accommodations and the cleanliness I truly would have! The thought and time put into the decorating of the condo and all things potentially that could be needed to make it your home away from home went above and beyond. Perfect for a family looking for a get away. Perfect paradise experience. The communication on the property owners part was impeccable and greatly appreciated!
