Breakfast room was equipped with fabulous coffee and pastries. The outside sitting area (courtyard) is very inviting for having a morning coffee. The house has been recently renovated- it showed! The decor was beautiful
The standard size room is very small- the shower room is minuscule- but other than that, again it was very clean and beautifully furnished!

The hotel is lovely with clean, comfortable rooms. The location can't be beat! The neighborhood is quiet but within walking distance of shops and restaurants, making this an ideal destination for a nice stay in town.
The staff was accommodating, but disengaged. Not welcoming at all. If you ask for something, it's given, but with a clear sense of detachment and little communication. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. They're trying to provide a continental breakfast but it's heavily focused on pastries that are dry and stale. They do offer boiled eggs, yogurt and fruit, and the coffee was excellent. But please go to a bakery and get fresh pastries every day. What they do have is stored in plastic containers in the kitchen for several days and pulled out each morning. Also, breakfast is served in the kitchen, which is fine, but one of the workers would come in every morning and start the dishwasher while guests were still eating breakfast. I can get that at home.
