Love this location! Step out the door and you’re in downtown Missoula. Great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping close by. The unit has been renovated but retains its vintage charm. Ross was a great host and made sure we were comfortable. Love the views from this top floor condo. Would definitely return.

Small studio apartment, but it is amazing how much they have been able to fit into such a small space, including a combination washer/dryer in a closet. Fun view, but one can't be afraid of heights, as it is on the 8th floor. There is an elevator but still a bit of a hauling luggage (no cart). Mostly the traffic noise is not noticeable, but the big trucks at night can be a bit loud.

Ross was very accommodating and very efficient throughout our entire stay. From directions for where to park, the number to call for parking privileges, spoke with us and walked us through the entire check in process and even stayed on the phone to ensure we knew how to successfully operate the entertainment center. Very classy spot, great view of downtown Missoula, location above the wilma theater was perfect, and the condo had everything anyone could want on a little get away. I will definitely rent here again in the future.

It was homecoming weekend so this was the perfect location for us to easily access activities and the game. We parked our vehicle in the garage Friday and didn’t drive it again until we left Sunday.

Beautiful little getaway on the top floor of the Wilma. Spectacular views. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Easy walk through all of downtown and access to the river trail to walk to the university. Host made sure we were able to easily park and get into the apartment. We had everything we needed!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in March and it was everything we needed. Great views, comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, great location, super clean and decorated in a really fun way. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a question for Ross, who went out of his way to make sure he answered all of my questions, even as he was traveling himself. The place was exactly as listed and was perfect for my husband and I. The location was amazing and within walking distance B to so many great food choices, shops, and parks. My only regret was that we couldn’t stayed longer!

This condo was beautiful and in a perfect location for our time in Missoula! Very tastefully decorated and clean with everything we needed! Great hosts who were available when we had questions. We did not need the parking but it was good to know that was included as street parking would have been a bit cumbersome. We will come back to Missoula soon and rent the unit again if available!

Our experience was very poor. First, leading up to our stay, we did not receive details on how to gain access, parking, etc. On the first day of our stay, still not hearing from the host, I reached out. Finally hearing back, the host explained that he would meet with us upon our arrival to go over everything. Not arriving until late in the evening, the host later chose to email the instructions rather than meeting with us. This process was very clunky and the back and forth could have been avoided if clear instructions were just provided upfront, at least a few days before our arrival, without the hassle of having to meet with someone.
The next day we woke up feeling like we were getting sick. Thinking it was the stuffiness of the condo (there was only one tiny fan in the whole unit), we didn’t think much of it, but decided to pick up COVID tests to be sure. Sure enough, we came down with COVID-19 and our symptoms were getting worse. We decided it was best to pack up and drive home before symptoms were unbearable. I informed the host that we were not feeling well, apologized for the inconvenience, and kindly asked for consideration of a partial refund due to the unforeseen circumstances, as we still had two more nights on our reservation. The host very rudely responded that since leaving was our “choice” he does not feel that having COVID is a “refund worthy reason”. Not only did we feel miserable and upset that our vacation ended so abruptly, we were shocked at the host’s response. Even if the refund was not going to be granted (we understood this was possible), there was absolutely no reason for the rude response.
While we initially intended to leave that evening, our plans to leave proved unsuccessful, so we ended up needing to stay one more night. However, since we had already checked out according to the instructions, we no longer had the key to the building. By the time we realized we would need to stay one more night, it was late evening. We called the host to ask for a solution and he simply told us HE was not pleased (as if we had anything to be happy about at this point) and that he had no other way for us to get in, but good luck. Yet again, the host was incredibly rude and unhelpful when we were trying to deal with this situation in the most responsible manner given the circumstances.
We will NEVER stay here again and highly recommend that if you are staying in the Missoula area, do consider ALL other options before this one.

Excellent Place to Stay
My brothers and I recently stayed three nights at Ross’s downtown condo at the Wilma theatre. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Ross was easy to communicate with, his organization and check in/out process was very convenient.
The building is in a perfect spot to visit all of downtown Missoula. My brothers and I were very satisfied and highly recommend this place.
