Nestled in Seagrove Beach, this charming house for $825 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. IMPORTANT: Only accepting Saturday to Saturday stays during the Summer months. Thank you! Villa Magnolia is on the South side of 30A in beautiful Seagrove Beach, Florida. We are one house off the beach and we share a private walkway to the beach with four other homes. It takes about 90 seconds to walk to the beach, and when you stay with us, you do not have to cross busy 30A! Our house is located just 1/2 mile from the blinking red light at Seaside and 1 1/2 miles from Publix grocery store. We are only a mile from Seaside and minutes away from the HUB at Water Sound and Rosemary Beach. This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house is perfect for your vacation needs. Enter into a welcoming ground floor that leads to two private bedrooms, both with king size beds, a shared full bathroom, and large flat screen TV's. On the second floor, you will find the living/dining area and adjoining kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances to make meal preparation a delight. We stock the kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at the house. The openness of the living area and kitchen allows everyone to be together when you are cooking, eating, or watching TV. There is also a 4 bed bunkroom with a full bath - behind a closed door on this floor. The top floor features two more bedroom suites. The Master Suite features a private deck, a king size bed, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed as well as its own private bathroom. We also have a twin roll-away bed at the house as well as two pack-n-plays for small children. There are TV's in all rooms except the bunk room. All TVs stream Netflix, Amazon, etc. We offer DIRECT TV Now cable service and we have upgraded internet speed at the house. Enjoy the limited views of the Gulf from the second and third floor balconies. As a great perk, there is a garage to store all your beach gear safely. Most houses in the area do not have a garage. We keep beach chairs, an umbrella, beach and pool toys for the kids, a charcoal grill, and 4 bikes in the garage. These items are all available to you and your guests. Another perk is our fantastic pool and pool deck. It is a medium sized pool that can be heated for an additional cost. It's great for kids and a great place to transition after a long day at the beach. As owners for many years, we are honored when you choose our house for your vacation. We work directly with our guests to provide personalized service so that they have the best experience possible and we respond immediately to guest needs. They take care of welcoming you and your guests, housekeeping before your arrival, and general maintenance issues that may arise during your stay. The perfect house for a relaxing weekend. The house is in the perfect location. It was a short drive into Seaside and a short walk to the beach. The house comfortably fit our party of eight. The owner’s communication was meticulous and timely. We did not have any problems during our stay. I gave a 4 on cleanliness due to crumbs being on the floor in the bunk room on arrival. I would rent the hose again.

This is what my family named this year’s beach trip. The beach house is lovely. The four older kids loved the bunk room & all enjoyed the pool. The house is a three story, and that is stated in the listing. What I didn’t see in the listing was the fact that there are also many stairs leading to the beach. Not a big deal to most, but for those with limited mobility, it might pose a problem. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn’t have mobility issues!

Villa Magnolia was the perfect choice for our family with 7 young children: easy access to the beach, suitable sleeping arrangements for grandparents, parents and children, backyard swimming pool, well equipped kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed the Independence Day week at Villa Magnolia.

Location to the beach was fabulous!! We enjoyed being only a short walk to Seaside.. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of beach/pool toys and chairs were available for our use. Having bikes was also a nice perk. The owner was great to work with. Thank you very much for everything. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Magnolia!!

Very convenient to everything and such easy beach access, especially with six children under seven! Check in was basically non-existent it was so easy and they let us know days ahead of time we could check in early. Highly recommend!

The house was great, the location was perfect. The owner was super nice. The walkway to the beach that is shared with the other 3 houses is absolutely gorgeous. My 14 year old son loved riding the bikes to Watercolor and Seaside which made it really nice for the adults to be able to sit back and relax, I was not his uber for the time we were there. It was a true relaxing vacation! The bedrooms are spaced out with the bunk room being the only one on the main floor with the kitchen and den which was so nice because if some went to bed earlier than others they weren’t bothered by the noise in the den. (Men watching football can be pretty loud) Our party of 12 was very happy with the place and definitely will be returning!

Great house for children and adults!! Very close to beach and easy walk. Kids loved the pool. Biking distance to many restaurants in the area. Matt did a great job in communicating with us. I would strongly recommend this house if you are looking for something in this area.

We had an excellent time. Everything was as pictured. Great location. Spacious enough for three families. Loved the pool. Only thing was the shower door in the 1st floor bathroom was missing a roller do the door would not shut and kept falling off track.

The description of the property is very accurate. We loved being so close to the beach and having a private pool. The house was spacious and clean. The only downside is that the bunk room was hot and you had to walk through the bunk room to get to the bathroom. (Also no egress window in the bunk room). The property manager and the owner were very easy to contact. We also enjoyed having the bikes and beach chairs.

Villa Magnolia is perfect for our family. This house has lots of amenities for young children- a highchair, pack n play, 2 bunks (4 beds), bikes, beach chairs, tons of kids’ beach toys, etc, etc…. The location is on a beautiful stretch of the beach. Is close to Seaside, Publix & a fun area for biking to lunch, donuts, ice cream or snowballs.

Matt (and property manager Bonnie) were very responsive and easy to work with. The house was a great size for our group that included both older and younger children. We used the pool every day and the short walk to the beach was so nice. We used the bikes (almost had to as traffic was sooooo bad) a lot. Overall, we had a great trip.

We were right off the beach and could walk there without crossing any roads on a private staircase. The house was also positioned right next to the bike / walking trail down 30A so it was easy to hop on a bike and go either way for coffees and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and cant wait to come back!

This house was the perfect balance of location on a quiet beach but close to the activities of Seaside. The pool was enjoyable and the private walkway to the beach couldn’t have been more convenient. Plenty of room in the house and loved the King sized beds in 3 rooms for multiple families plus a bunk room.
