一棟貸しなので、遠慮なく自由におしゃべり等、好きなように使えたこと。また、スタッフの方も笑顔を絶やさずに気持ちよく応対してくださったことが印象に残りました。
かき氷機や、湧水を自由に使えることを知っていたら、有効に使わせてもらえたのになぁと、思いました。

it is an old Japanese house, the house is around 150 years old. it was very interesting to see how is a old house, the house was clean and we could totally experience how would be the old times in the rooms of the house that is furnished with old furniture as well, and the same time have the conforte of the modern times.
there were a smoke smell in the house, because it is the kind of house that has a fire place to cook in the middle of the dining room, because is a old house and you can experience the old times, so the smell os smoke is inevitable. But the other members of my family didn’t was bothered with the smell just me.

Oh boy, everything about this place is wonderful. The owner bought this old house and did a fantastic job keeping the authentic atmosphere with the irori hearth, the old rice cooking stove and above all the third floor right under the thatched roof. On the other hand he renovated the kitchen and bathroom to keep up with modern standards.
Dinner consisted out of local specialties and was top notch, breakfast was traditional and more than decent.
Pick and drop off at the station were provided, even at the ungodly hour that we asked for.
We had a fantastic 2 days staying at Taraichitei!
If I would write something here it would be a great injustice.
