Located in Northstar Drive, this lovely condo for $246 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Enjoy your next Tahoe resort vacation at this Village at Northstar condo in the Catamount building. Treat yourself with a stay in our luxury condo just 25 feet from the main gondola! With ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes at Northstar Resort, as well as its many amenities, you are in the perfect spot. This is a ONE bedroom condo but has an extra sleeping area in the living room. Conveniently located in the Village at Northstar, this condo is close to dining and shopping. You are located in the heart of the Village with views of the skating rink and Overlook. It's all outside your door. In fact, it is easy to jaunt down to the Village from the condo, there is a set of stairs directly to the outside at the end of the hall so you don't even need to use the elevator. Walk to the gondola or ski lift that will deliver you to popular peaks. The Village Swim and Fitness Center is available free for guests to use, and just downstairs from this condo are two more hot tubs and another gym. Throughout the resort are many family-friendly activities like skating, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, golf, tennis, and more. At this condo residence, you'll have room for four adults to sleep comfortably. Parents can take the bedroom with a king-size bed while kids can drift to sleep on the Comfort Sleep (very comfortable!) living room pull-out sofa. Both the living room and bedroom have their own TVs. If you want to relax in privacy, enjoy the deep soaking tub in the bathroom, separate from the shower. Meanwhile, the cozy living room has entertainment options like a cable-equipped TV. Play a board game from the home's collection. FREE WiFi is available for you to upload your vacation pictures to your friends back home. Do this all before the warmth of the gas fireplace. In warm weather, sit outside on the furnished patio, on our unique ski chair. The fully stocked, full-size kitchen offers a coffee bean grinder, toaster, blender, and more for you to make your favorite meals. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a stone gas fireplace and dining table for four. Absolutely NO-SMOKING & NO PETS allowed in the condo. For adventure beyond the resort, destinations are close by! About six miles away is the expansive sandy Kings Beach. Just a couple miles further is Crystal Bay, where the North shore casinos feature night life and great music. The town of Truckee is about six miles the other direction and has quaint historical sites, coffee shops, and is close to Donner Lake. Winter or summer, this Northstar vacation condo is the perfect home away from home!

This was the perfect accommodations for our family of 4. Location was great - just steps away from the gondola, ice skating rink and village shops/restaurants. We had room to spread out or hang out. Amenities were great and wifi just worked! You can tell that Beth spent time on details that made our stay enjoyable. She even offered discount ski tickets ahead of our trip. Thanks, Beth!!

Smores and ice skate at northstar and this is the perfect cozy spot to kick off the holidays in the magical northstar village. Host was super easy to work with and accommodating and place was as listed. It had it all!

We had a great time extending our honeymoon in truckee! Once we realized we wanted to stay through the weekend our original VRBO was booked… and we are so happy it was! Because we found this perfectly placed condo! Close enough to walk to the village and the gondola, but far enough to not hear everything. We will be booking here again!

I honestly cannot find one thing to change in this vacation rental. We have stayed in many condos at Northstar and this one has to be the best stocked rental. Plastic wrap, aluminum foil, baggies, laundry detergent, spices, etc. It’s the little things that count! First of all it’s in a great location with a view of the ice-skating rink. The condo was immaculately clean and the check in process was really convenient. Beth allowed us to check in early which was so helpful. Would definitely rent this condo again as well as from Beth again.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Roomy, well-appointed, very cozy. The location is great - literally a 30 second walk to the gondola and close to all the restaurants and shops in the Village. Ski locker was roomy and easy to access. Indoor parking was great, especially after having driven 3hrs from Applegate with chains on!
My 13yr old daughter and I very much enjoyed the stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location is wonderful for ski in/ ski out and access to the village. The condo itself is just lovely. The kitchen is well stocked, the linens are wonderful and the bed is very comfortable. The hosts are also very accessible and communicative. We loved our stay.

Five-day summer stay
We had a great experience with our stay at the Catamount condo at the Northstar Village. Emailed instructions for checking in was clear and easy to follow. The condo was clean and comfy. It had reliable Wi-Fi and a TV that can connect with all the streaming platforms. We also enjoyed several days in the village pool. The kitchen came with everything we needed. It was convenient to have stores and restaurants in Truckee and Tahoe within a fifteen minute drive. We would definitely come stay again the next time we are in the area.

Perfect spot in Northstar Village
What a great stay in Northstar. I was there with my wife for a mtb race and this location was perfect in the heart of the village. The condo was cozy, not big but perfect for my wife and I. Kitchen and home were well stocked. We vacation rent a lot and here's a secret tip on how you can tell the owners care about the details, quality tissues and toilet paper! These folks care and it shows in their home. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We will be staying with them the next time we are in the area.

It wasn't safe for my family and young son to stay. We connected with Beth and also spoke with VRBO who assured us a refund would be forthcoming due to the Act of God/wildfire causing the need to cancel. Unfortunately, Beth has refused to refund any part of the booking. We are continuing to work with VRBO to refund the unused portion of the trip. Just be forewarned.

The condo itself is top notch, gorgeous, outfitted with everything, I can go on and on. Communication was easy and thorough. Check in and out was seamless. Fitness center and pool were great - of course those pale compared to Lake Tahoe and trails :) 5 stars - 2 thumbs up. Sincere Thanks to Beth and Andy for hosting and making the experience great. This property was the perfect venue for us. It's close to Truckee and Tahoe City. The unit was very clean with a spacious bathroom. The balcony gets a lot of afternoon sun which is great for relaxing and enjoying some cheese & crackers and a glass of wine. Would definitely rent this unit again.
