Beautiful Estate Property named La Casa Vieja situated on 2.2 hectares, two minutes off the Inter American Highway, less than 10 minutes by car of the the best beaches on the Pacific side. The property is situated between Coronado and Vista Mar. Be prepared to experience serenity, fresh air, picturesque views and privacy. There are two (2) furnished houses with swimming pool, and fruit garden all of which is for the enjoyment of the renters. The rente's do not share the property, its exclusive and private. There is a caretaker on the property but he does not infringe on your privacy.
The location is perfect as you are close to Coronado, San Carlos, Santa Clara Beach, and El Valle.
First house: has living room, family room, large kitchen with eating area, ½ bath for guess, one bedroom with full private bath, wash room with washer / dryer and large outdoor porch with hammocks. Amenities include: 55-inch Flat screen TV with Cable TV with over 85 channels to include HBO, wireless internet with wifi, hot water, kitchen sink extractor, microwave, blender, coffee maker and grinder, double door refrigerator with water and ice maker, six (6) burner stove and barbecue grill. Also, the bedroom has a ceiling fan and the living room an individually controlled air conditioning unit.
Second house: has two spacious bedrooms (2) with their private bath, sitting room, porch, ceiling fans, and individually controlled air conditioner in all rooms.
Swimming Pool: has pool furnishing.
Kitchen are equipped with all amenities.
Bedroom are equipped with linens, towels and hand soaps.

Your stay starts with a picturesque Drive from the front gate to the house lined with coconut trees as they wind around to the main house. The main house is modestly furnished and very clean with A kitchen, two living spaces, a utility room, one small bedroom, and a bath and a half. Just open the back door and wow! This place offers a refreshing pool right out the back door with a beautiful view of the mountains in the background! and you actually get two different living spaces on the 7 acres! Yeah it is meticulously cared for daily by the caretaker that lives on the property, you can pick mango, limes, and coconuts right off the tree as they are scattered all over the property, I understand we just missed the season for the large avocados which also grow on the property. And fresh yard eggs! The second house boast three nice size bedrooms and two full bathrooms, no kitchen no living space and get ready no hot water for that shower! But we loved it! You can sit on your very own front porch away from others or relax in your hammock and watch the sunrise and set. All of this only minutes from downtown Coronado where are you can find some really wonderful restaurants with local cuisine, Reys grocery store and a Casino if you’d like to gamble. If you go 40 minutes one way you can be at the Pacific ocean beach or go 40 minutes the other direction and you are in some of the most amazing mountains you have ever driven. The people of Panama our very humble and prideful people, kind and considerate along with caring and helpful!
Marza our house host was wonderful, alway there if we needed her, very willing and helpful. And with the caretaker living on the property anytime we had even the slightest of issues he was there in a matter of minutes to correct it.
For the town of Coronado I believe the property is rented at a little higher cost than it should be but we loved our stay, The house was clean, service was great, the pool was refreshing, and the view was spectacular!
