About this house rental

Nestled in Fire Island, this lovely house for $424 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This is a charming beach house with ocean views. The house is second from the ocean. There is a large porch with outdoor dining and deck chairs, perfect for lounging. There are 3-4 bedrooms. 2 Bedrooms are downstairs: one with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds. The second floor has two Sliding glass door underneath a shed dormer towards the Ocean as well as a new addition (see outside pictures) with its own queen bed, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as views of the Great South Bay, and an iron French balcony. The bulk of the second floor is wood paneled with a half bath and two sliding glass doors with two small balconies. In this open second floor there are three twin size beds - perfect for kids. There is air conditioning in the upstairs room and the room with queen bed. There are also ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms on the first floor and in the new addition on the second (which also has screened windows on both the bay and ocean side to allow for a fresh cross breeze). The house has 1.5 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower. Lots of beachside amenities: BBQ grill, outdoor shower, outdoor dining, wagon and 3 bikes. No smoking. Dining room was also recently expanded. Current picture is of old dining room. When vacant we hope to update listing with pictures of both Dining Room addition and Additional second floor Master Bedroom.

Virgina was wonderful anything we needed which wasn’t much she was right there! House is absolutely the best for a family! Oceans views from so many rooms decks, breezes and kitchen well equipped! I would come back every chance I can get to this Wonderful House!

The location was perfect. Wrap around deck gave you sun, shade or breeze any time of the day. Lots of gathering spaces for kids and adults to be separate or have the family together (we were 7 people). New room on the top floor was bright airy and had great views. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a brand new grill. Virginia was very responsive to texts/calls. Great experience.

We had a great time. House is wonderful and Virginia is a great host. She even dropped off a few little things we asked for that the house needed, without us even knowing she came by. Super happy we rented this house!

This was an amazing house perfect in Fair Harbor minutes from the dock. Clean and ready, easy to communicate and really went above and beyond as a host - highly recommended!!!

It couldn't have been more perfect. The description of the house was spot on. It was lovely. The owner couldn't have been nicer. I would recommend this property to anyone, if they are lucky enough to find availability.
