Located in a cove less than a mile away from the Ritz Carlton Hotel, this property is one of the best locations on the lake. This recently updated one level home offers a perfect open floor plan for all to enjoy. From the well-appointed kitchen to the three sitting areas you can enjoy beautiful lake views. There are three different sitting areas inside and two great sitting areas outside on large deck overlooking lake. Take your enjoyment down to the dock’s sitting area to enjoy the 150 feet of beautiful lakefront or travel only two coves over by boat to enjoy all of the amenities of the Ritz Carlton Hotel and property. This home offers 3 lovely bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with a king size bed and the third bedroom with a queen size bed. Two of the bedrooms open onto deck to enjoy the scenic lake view. Each bedroom has satellite television and there is Wi-Fi access throughout the home. Reynolds is a 1500 acre vacation development with 80 miles of shoreline on beautiful Lake Oconee. Lake Oconee provides Georgia's most ideal environment for the outdoor enthusiast. Perfect for all types of water-sports, from boating and sailing to swimming and skiing, the waters of Lake Oconee are best known for excellent fishing. Property was just as described. Beautiful! House had all necessary amenities to get started, plus more. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

House was very comfortable, beautiful kitchen and cooking supplies, high quality sheets/linens and beds. Dock and yard are incredible, really the star of the home which it is centered around. Our challenge was with the number of cockroaches and bugs. We're familiar with Reynolds and understand warm summers are when everything crawly "comes out". That said, there were roaches nightly in the home, bedrooms, and when the sun went down it was impossible to even sit on the back patio without a swarm. The owner responded by sending out a bug guy to spray, which was great but resulted in even more roaches inside for our last 2 nights. We did hose down the outside for spiders, so that seemed to calm that challenge. Would definitely recommend if the home has been fogged, it's an awesome spot, but we had to spend the last few nights off the property due to my kids being terrified. Owner did not refund the nights we couldn't stay on the property or reduce the cost of the week we stayed, but did thank me for the feedback.

Very nice lakefront setting and well equipped home for our family. We really enjoyed our stay and the many hours spent just sitting on the dock overlooking the beauty of the lake!

We were a family of seven and enjoyed our stay very much. Everything we needed was at the house. The views of the lake were incredible. The owner was very accommodating and easy to contact. Highly recommend. Would stay again for sure

One of the best lots in Reynolds. Flat, big, great dock, and well shaded. Enjoyed siting on the dock and also the wonderful patio that overlooks the property. We will be back.

We had a great time at this beautiful lake house! The house was perfect for us. We enjoyed sitting on the porch every morning and swimming off the dock in the afternoon. This property was so nice - everything we needed and much more! The location was great too.
