About this house rental

Situated in Lake Oconee, this attractive house for $455 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The house is very private on the east side of the lake and would be great for a monthly rental while building a home on the lake, a family retreat, summer home, or a sabbatical. Located on a quiet, private cove known for some of the best skiing on the lake. We do our best to keep the house and property well maintained. Pet friendly with fenced in yard. Three large screen TV's - 60" on main level with Surround Sound, Harmony remote, and outdoor deck speakers...43" in the Master Bedroom...and a 51' TV on the basement level...great for the kids! TV's also in Basement King, and Queen Bedrooms... Kitchen has all stainless appliances w/ granite counter tops - reclaimed heart pine floors on main floor with carpet, hardwoods, and tile in the basement which is a perfect place for kids while adults enjoy the deck upstairs with a fantastic view of the lake. The front of the house has a large concrete parking pad and is fenced in so kids or pets can play. The lake side of the house has a large flat grass area perfect for corn hole, volleyball or croquet... Private Boat Ramp is literally 100 yards from house - bring your Boat or PWC and tie it up to the dock and enjoy the fantastic fishing and boating offered on Lake Oconee. Dock is lighted and also includes a green fishing light mounted under the dock for attracting bait fish and watching fish swim right below your feet...super cool! Multiple golf courses in the area...Harbor Club and The Landing at Reynolds are two of my favorites... House is located next to a wooded area and the cove is very private and is perfect for skiing or tubing... The house was beautiful and well equipped. There was plenty of space for our three generations to enjoy without feeling crowded. We highly recommend it and would like to go back in the future.

Although this house is a little out of the way it was a very beautiful and serene location. The cove was great for water sports and for the most part very quiet . The house floor plan was great for our family with ample room. The house has some deferred maintenance and could use a deep cleaning but overall was great and would highly recommend!!

This property is the perfect location on the lake if you want quiet! Perfect location for skiing, floating right off the dock. Getting gas for boat takes planning as it is about a 20 min ride to closest place. The house is very spacious (more so than the pics depict)! The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog. Surfaces were very clean. Furnishings could use updating. House could use a good deep cleaning (lots of cobwebs, paint touch ups, patches, rugs need cleaned etc.) The outdoor deck/patio would be amazing with dining furniture and comfy seating. We wanted to spend all our time out there, but just not comfy. The dock is awesome on space, but needs some work... (splinters, ladder etc.). These things would take this property to the next level. None of these things would keep us from coming back....the location (away from the crowds), price and space is perfect! We will be back soon!

If you are looking for a peaceful place away from everything ..this is your spot. The home is not only beautiful but has a perfect layout that is ideal for anyone. Fabulous view of the lake from the deck, screened porch and dock will make you never want to leave.

Great Property with views and Lake Access. Brought our Boat and had a Blast! Property is clean, and in very good shape. Great Amenities!! Owner communication was easy and helpful. We WILL be back next summer!!

The house is well-maintained and clean. The layout is perfect for several families to stay together. The yard is great for dogs. The proximity to the boat ramp allows for a great lake visit!

We rented this home for our family reunion and 8 of us stayed in the house. Lots of room and the basement was perfect for the kids. Amazing view of the lake and great place to float off the dock. Great porches and deck for chilling.

We stayed there for a weekend and had a great experience. The house is huge and beautiful. We had eight people, and it was very comfortable. We loved the view and the location on the lake. Great dock on a good skiing cove. The hosts were quick to respond to my basic questions. Hope we can stay there again in the future!
