Recently updated, 3 bedroom 3 bath Lake front home on quiet deep water cove with great views on Lake Oconee. Includes max dock, screened porch, open deck, and outside fire pit, gas grill, plus kayaks for use. Inside on main level has fully renovated kitchen, washer, dryer, one bedroom and bathroom, dining area with new family sized table, and lving room with views of lake. Lower level as one bedroom and bathroom with three bunk beds plus queen size bed, and family room with large screen TV. Top level has master bedroom and bathroom with TV. Cable and WiFi provided. All linens provided.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. It was nice to tie our boats up to the dock, close to a variety of restaurants and the infamous “jumping rock.”

Relaxing Getaway
We enjoyed our stay. Great layout of house, plenty of space, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, quiet cove, and nice dock. Fishing was great and the cove is centrally located and easy to get anywhere on the lake. My one suggestion would be to bring ant spray because ants are everywhere. Also, the property doesn’t offer trash removal so we had to take all the garbage with us.

Fish and boat easily
Good fishing right off the dock, plenty of room to dock and navigate our boat rental. Very close to main body water.
Would have been helpful to know in advance of booking that this property doesn't offer trash removal. Just good to know for planning purposes as check out is at 11 and the dump doesn't open until 2 on Sunday.

Great Lake Front house!
The house was clean, new appliances and plenty of room. There are 3 levels, so great for families and kids! The dock is perfect we were able to dock two boats for the entire stay. Would definitely come back!

Long weekend stay for family (including teens). Great location, fun for all ages - brought our own boat & paddle boards. Owner had kayaks available for use and was great about communication. Would return in future!

Great lakefront getaway
Bill was very easy to work with and super accommodating. Lake Oconee is beautiful, big and was not crowded at all. The house has everything you could possibly need for a week at the lake, just pack up and go!

The location is very nice. Having the dock with direct access to the lake is great. Also the kayaks are a nice addition.

Fun with grandsons
The Kearneys have a beautiful place, and having spoke with Bill personally, I can tell you that your stay at their place matters. We had a great time there. At the house the boys did some kayaking, fishing off the dock, and also had a whole lot of fun with a Bingo game downstairs.
We also did a lot of tubing, skiing, and fishing. This is a great area for all of that...awesome lake....clean water. The boat ramp is about 8 minutes away (by road).
What you really want to know is, would I go back? Yes!

Great getaway!
My family had a great week at this property. It was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything from fishing off the dock with our grandkids to swimming in the lake. It was an ideal location to get away for a few days.

Fantastic week at the lake for two families of 4
This house was perfect four our week at the lake. Two families, with four teens, fit comfortably and enjoyed the amenities. Bill was very responsive and helped us with recommendations for boat and jet ski rentals. Having the boat dock gave us lots of flexibility and the cove was perfect to float on tubes and use the kayaks. I highly recommend this house and location. Thank you again, Bill

Loved our stay!
The house exceeded our expectations! Very clean, great furniture, beds are very comfortable. The location was ideal for our teenage boys to go swimming, floating and fishing off the dock. The kayaks were a huge bonus as not all homes come with them. The owner was quick to reply and great to work with. We ca t wait to come back!

Peaceful Lake Retreat
The house was immaculate. We travel several times a year to the beach and were very impressed with the cleanliness and peacefulness of this home. We also loved that there was no carpeting. Clean!!! Loved the screen porch with the water view. The set up for the house was also great too with a bedroom on each of the three levels for privacy if you wanted it.

We had a wonderful week on Lake Oconee. The house was perfect for our family. We rented a boat nearby and enjoyed tubing and the jumping rock.

We booked this home to celebrate our daughter that is 2020 graduate that wasn’t able to walk.... it was simply perfect and we made wonderful memories ♥️

Labor Day 2019
We loved the property as it was located in a protected cove just off main water. It was a short boat ride to some of our favorite restaurants on the lake. The house was very nice and clean and it was a gentle sloping lot down to the lake. We enjoyed swimming and hanging out on the dock. I would definitely recommend this property!!

Perfect family vacation!
We loved every minute of our stay over the 4th of July. The cove provided a perfect setting for all of our kids to safely swim, fish, and kayak all day. We loved the bonfires and firefly catching at night. The house had everything we needed for cooking all 3 meals the entire time we were there. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!
We can’t wait to book again.
